We were having problems with our windows that Judy’s DID NOT install. We called them because they had done work on our house with insulation and siding & we trusted them. We asked for an estimate on three windows that we were having leaking problems with and they gave us an estimate of $600 if they were there until 12 or an additional $125 per hour after noon. They showed up at 8am and stayed until 10am . They were back at their office by 10:30am. Needless to say we assumed that the bill would be much lower than the estimate we were given because of only two hours of labor and they weren’t here till noon. We received a bill for $600 it had no breakdown no labor no material nothing just total due $600 so we called asking if it was going to be less since they weren’t here till noon. We were contacted today by the gentleman who did the work and he said that Mr. Judy stated we could take $75 off the bill leaving at $525. Still a little bit confused I called Mr. Judy and spoke with him today. I asked him for an itemized bill and he got very upset with me! He said the bill is what the bill is, and we gave you the estimate that’s what it is. I stated that I thought an estimate was just what it might be until they actually came out and did the work. Also, that the estimate might be higher or lower because it is just an estimate not a bill. He stated that no one has ever asked for a breakdown of the bill, and that he would get a breakdown for me. Mr. Judy also stated that we were really getting under his skin and that he was doing us a FAVOR by even trying to fix our windows since they did not install them! I went by today to get the bill and this is what I received a $380 discrepancy!! I went ahead and paid the bill because we don’t want to ever be seen as people who don’t pay our bills but wanted to let anyone know if you’re looking to get any kind of work done WE DO NOT RECOMMEND using Judy’s Insulation because of the billing not because of the work they did! Mr. Judy was VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL and we will NEVER DO BUSINESS AGAIN WITH THEM!

I lived in Chicago all my life around trees. I had my gutters replaced with woder gutters and downspouts because of having to constantly cleaning the gutters. I asked Judy's to install the larger gutters. They came out to give me an estimate and I thought it was for the wider larger gutters. When they came to install them I noticed they were the standard size gutter and downspouts. I told them I asked for the larger gutters and downspouts. They told me I didn't need them since the trees are further away from my house. The rest is my fault since I didn't stop them and insist that I get what I asked for. Now I'm up clet the gutters every year since the downspouts now get clogged. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Had judys install gutters in august, it is now October. The gutter was running rain water out the end cap,( RUNNING BACKWARDS) called 3 times to get them to fix it , all they can say is ( WE HAVE YOU ON THE BOARD OR WE ARE 2 MONTHS BEHIND). I will use somebody else when I can save the money up to have this mess that Judys installed-- fixed or replaced. I just wasted 700 dollars
