Brad was exceedingly professional in handling my dryer vent cleaning. He was considerate of my time by arriving at the time promised. He was respectful of my home by placing tarps to protect my flooring and removing his shoes so as not to track mud and grass inside. He was fast and extremely efficient in completing the job in a timely manner. He also was informative about future maintenance suggestions. There is no doubt I will use his services in the future. We had McMahon clean a 9 unit apartment complex and man did he do a professional amazing job! These days it is impressive if you even get someone to show up when they say. He showed up and took extra steps to clean up good after himself and not track anything into any of the apartments. We had a local chimney sweep company clean them about 3 years ago and they were a complete joke and waste of money. I will only use McMahon for now on and you won't be disappointed if you do too!

I needed a chimney sweep and called Brad McMahon with McMahon Cleaning and Restoration to set up an appointment a few days after my call. The next day we had some flooding in our finished basement and I called him to see if he could help me. He immediately returned my voicemail and by the end of the day he had set up twelve fans and two industrial dehumidifiers and cleaned my chimney as well. He left the equipment here for three days allowing the basement to dry out thoroughly. He was prompt, respectful and appreciative for the business. His price was more than fair. Got my crawlspace fully insulated and a vapor barrier installed. They removed the old insulation and installed brand new- deep into all my nooks and crannies! I wasn't on site when then they finished so he took pics and sent them to me. Professional, tidy, and fast; would recommend these guys in a heartbeat!
