So Happy!!! It is like a Vacation in our backyard!!!😎Did our Composite deck also our free floating Cabana and it looks amazing thank y’all so much. Signature loan and was approved the same day and they ran it the next week clean up and looks perfect we have spend more time outside than in!!truly looks great couldn’t be more pleased it feels like an oasis will recommend for future business.

Great People and Great work!We made the right decision to hire Permasteel to update our home. We got a new metal roof, siding, windows, living room floors, Air Conditioning system, outer doors and a storm glass door on the front. Rick and Jason were professionals that always kept their word. Even when something was not right, they corrected it at our request. All the work was completed in a couple of months. Jason was always quick to return my texts and Rick was available if you called on the phone. Our house looks wonderful! Sometimes the timetable was frustrating but all the work was completed. The only part I did not like was that one of the roof workers left a vent off that caused my hot water heater pilot light to go out. I had to call a plumber. The plumber fixed the problem but noticed that the flashings on the roof that were supposed to be heat resistant over the hot water heater and heater vents on the roof were not the correct ones. The roofers did not come and replace them with the proper flashings. I was upset about that and it made me wonder what other corners were cut during the construction. But in the end we were provided with the extensive warranties on all the work and that made me feel a bit more secure in case there is a problem in the future. The process for taking out the loans we used to finance the remodel through Permasteel was easy to do through the company and the terms were fair. We ended up financially in a better position with a wonderful updated home! If we need additional work I will work with them again. I cannot share enough about this company! Blake and Rick were so professional. We were able to talk about what we wanted for a roof. They spoke to us about their product and warranties. They gave us exactly what we wanted and needed. They were very professional through and through. From the time they got there for our estimate to the time the roof was on the house, my husband, children and I were treated with respect and like FAMILY. That’s huge to us. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else for roofing! They will be my go to!Service: Roof installation

RICK (the owner) was sooo unprofessional!!! He came out to the house and we talked everything went great, he gave us a quote and he left. Called him a few days later told him we would like to use them to build our deck. ($38,000) RICK said he didn’t want to use wood to build it and instead use composite. Keep in mind composite was $12,000 more. RICK started getting very rude and said he didn’t want to fool with it and hung up on me. About a week later I called him back and told him we would do the composite. RICK said he didn’t want to do my deck because is was big and he didn’t want to be on a job site for 3 weeks. RICK started getting really rude with again and said “he’s a businessman man” and “he’s not going to make money” it was HIS quote he gave me. I was welling to send $50,000 on a deck and he was so rude to me as a potential customer. If I could give negative stars I would. I would never recommend this company to anybody.

I got several estimates before choosing them. With pricing and options they are fantastic.Very professional..at the same time courteous, and respectful.. considering time,weather,and me having large dogs. Tornadoes came through the next day!..
