Our experience with Roof Raiders was incredible! From the initial contact to the finishing touches, we were very impressed. They even negotiated with our insurance company to get the best deal possible. Tanner Brady truly cares about the service that people receive, and we felt more like family than customers. The roofers showed up early, left late, and got the job done in one day! And they left NO MESS behind. Roof Raiders are the most professional and organized company I’ve ever dealt with, bar none! Timely, professional, accurate estimates, an overall great experience! After a free inspection Heath made his recommendations, and as soon as I gave him the go ahead he and the roof raiders team went to work. I didn't have to intervene at any point except to say yes or no to certain options and pick out a roof color. They worked around my wife and kids' schedules to install at a time that was most convenient for us. Highly recommend!

Prompt service, they were able to come out the same day I called. The roofer who came out, Corey, was polite and courteous. He thoroughly investigated the problem and even spot checked the roof for other potential issues. The repair was done quickly and professionally. I would call them again for any future roofing problems.

Heath came out after we had spoken to a couple other roofing companies that wouldn't help us because it wasn't enough damage to have an entire side replaced. He looked at our old shingles and found what type they were and ordered them. The other companies said they couldn't find a match (and didn't even know how to find what type of shingle I had). The guys came out and had my roof fixed in about 30 minutes. Great company. Great customer Service. Definitely recommend!

Absolutely amazing company. The crew that did the roof are absolute beasts. Worked harder than i have ever seen anyone work in my life. They did an absolute amazing job. Heath was our consultant and he was outstanding as well. He was so professional, that you would think he was the owner of the company. Best roofing company there is, hands down!! From the initial consult with Jeff, to the roof being put on, the communication and professionalism, including explanation of the process, to the guys coming back and triple checking everything to make sure everything was finished, nails, etc picked up and disposed of properly, and that the job was finished to the best expectations possible, we had an amazing experience with Roof Raiders! We had 10-15 other companies knocking on our door numerous times wanting to replace our roof and after speaking with Jeff, my husband immediately said we were choosing Roof Raiders! I went through four other roofing companies for a repair to no avail. No one would follow through with me and one company even kept my damaged material after me repeatedly requesting it be returned. Roof Raiders is the only company that immediately responded, quoted less than half the amount of the other quotes, and finished within a week of initial contact. If I could give more stars I would! Excellent company!

Amazing crew. Contacted them on Sunday afternoon after noticing some damage to my roof after a storm. Justyn was at my house the same day and had put a temporary tarp down until he could come and officially fix it. He came back out less then a week later and repaired it like new. Definitely recommend Roof Raiders for any roofing needs!

I called Roof Raiders and within just a few hours, Justyn was at my home and worked approx 3 hours assessing and doing a tight button down / temporary fix to my leaking roofHe even went back up into my attic over some additional concerns I had over the insulation which was not roof related. We had a completely new roof installed in December 2022 and in September, noticed there was a problem. Immediately after noticing the issue, we contacted Jeff at Roof Raiders, and after inspection, he suggested a plan and it was extensive. Consistent with the initial work, the materials arrived, and the work was done promptly. I appreciate how professionally the matter was handled and highly recommend Roof Raiders for roofing needs.

Storms and high winds blew through at the end of June, leaving the shingles on my front peak undone with an exposed roofing layer. I think I could even see plywood. I checked on my neighbor, Heath, to see if he was ok and had damage. He did not thankfully. I sent him a photo of mine, intending to get on the roof myself and fix it later in the week. Heath, who works for Roof Raiders, tells me he wants to fix it the same evening. Heath brings over his ladder and climbs on my roof at dusk, braving the humidity and the mosquitoes. I had leftover shingles from my roof replacement in 2016, and he matched and cut them well, returning the next day to make sure he nailed everything properly. Yes, he was being neighborly, but I think it speaks highly of the folks Roof Raiders employ. People like Heath. Roof Raiders hadn't started yet for my last roof replacement, but I wish they had. Wow!!! Roof Raiders comes highly recommended from the Oneal family. They were here exactly when they said they’d be and did work on a couple of places on our roof and there was no charge. That is nearly unheard of. We are to call them if another leak happens during this next rain that’s coming and they will be back. You can’t beat that for service.
