Brendan Lile of Natural State Restoration & Roofing was a Godsend! I had storm damage and my roof was leaking through the ceiling sheet rock. He answered my call and was at my house the same day. He surveyed the damage and worked with my insurance company to get the roof replaced. Brendan handled the whole process himself and took the worry completely away from me! Brendan is professional, prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable about the whole insurance claim process!I would certainly recommend Brendan and Natural State Restoration to anybody that needs roof repair or replacement! Natural State made the experience of getting a new roof easy and stress-free. Brendan handled the insurance claim as well as coordinating with the solar company for the removal and reattachment of our panels.His crew was awesome and did an extremely wonderful job on the cleanup. We used Natural State when replacing our roof due to hail damage. From start to finish, Katie was knowledgeable and informative about every aspect of our roofing needs, including the insurance claim, supply needs, timeline, and work itself. Katie made what could have been a challenging process easily guided. Also, the roofers cleaned areas well the end of each work day and were very thorough in their clean-up at their conclusion of the project. Would highly recommend their work and will not hesitate to use them again should the need arise.

Natural State Roofing did an outstanding job replacing our roof. Brendan completed the initial inspection same day we called and took the time to address specific concerns we had asked him about. He met with our insurance adjuster on a Saturday and assisted us thru out the process of having insurance approve the replacement, taking time to provide thorough explanations and letting us know our options. Most impressive was during the installation, he was on the roof with his crew, overseeing the work and providing updates of the process, sending photos and video of the work being done. The crew did an excellent job and exceeded our expectations. Natural State Roofing is truly a service oriented company, they pay attention to the details and made a daunting task completely manageable.

I had a small leak by my fireplace. I contacted Brendan after hours via e-mail and he responded immediately. He even came over on a Saturday to look at it. He sealed the the flashing by the fireplace - really quick fix. Brendan could have easily try to upswell me and tell me I needed a new roof and he didn’t! I know that there is sometimes a disconnect between contractors and their crews, but that is not the case with Natural State. They made dealing with insurance a breeze, and did a lot of the legwork. I can’t speak highly enough of the folks at natural state restoration. Jenna knocked on my door one day offering inspect my roof for free. After the inspection she walked through the process and answered all my questions and concerns. The owner Brendan worked closely with me when it came time to install the new roof. His team did high quick quality work. The roof looks great and they did a great job cleaning up as well. I don't write reviews on here often but Natural State went above and beyond with our roof replacement.I worked with Thomas. I could text or call him any time of day any day of the week and he would respond within a few hours at the latest.They were scheduled to work on the roof on a Monday. I looked at the weather on Saturday (2 days before) and saw severe weather expected on Tuesday. I called Thomas and asked if they could wait until after the storm. I didn't want hail on a new roof. Not a problem, they pushed us back to Thursday.We had a board on our roof that needed to be replaced but wasn't part of what insurance covered. They went ahead and fixed it for us because they were already up there.I talked to a home inspector after the roof was done. He told me he has 3 roofing companies he recommends in our area and Natural State was one of the 3.I tried to get the inspector to come inspect the work but he only does whole home inspections. Brenden came out from Natural State Restoration & Roofing LLC UPON A CALL FROM MY WIFE WHEN SHE NOTICED OUR ROOF WAS LEAKING FROM THE SNOW/ice/ sleet storm.Then came out immediately the next day when the roads were drivable. Assessed the situation and found an ice dam causing the problem and cleared it immediately.Then needing the weather to clear and warm up to repair they came out on Super Bowl Sunday to complete the repairs.Came out, got right after it and fixed the construction design flaw that allowed the roof leakage.True professionals, and wonderful businessman who treats his customers with great appreciation.Great job, responsiveness, and great service.I would recommend to any and all who need roofing installation and or repairs.Thank you for your great customer service and attention to detail and timeliness.David HoletzServices: Roof repair, Roof installation
