I can't believe how happy I am, they got me a approved for a roof with absolutely no money out of my pocket. I have been fetuses two times by previous claims. Champton resoration is Amazing.!I was very skeptical at first but from being to end not only did I get a brand new roof .. the owner Jeff Politt was with us every step of the way. They were her checking in on the work All times during the day. The work was done properly and professionally. My roof is gorgeous and the upgrade to architectural shingles was free! No more 3 tab yeah!!!! Let them help you you will have no regrets!

They were very good to me and did top quality work. I had a problem getting my solar taken off (through the solar company) and Champion Restoration was calling them daily trying to help me get everything worked out and were constantly updated with any changes. We were hit by the tornado in November and it took months for the insurance to finish their work and send the amount due less depreciation and the day after receiving the check / this company was there to put on-a new roof / then do inside work / so many repairs and 4 windows replaced. This company replaced my roof 6 years ago through an insurance claim. I have been trying to reach them for the last 4 months about a leak around my chimney. I left my name and address but, to this day, have never received a call back. I had my insurance agent to call the roofers and they answered the phone for them. Champion Roofers proceeded to tell the insurance agent that what was going on with my roof was an act of nature and they were not responsible for it. They also told her that the roofers had been to my house 4 times. None of this was true because I have cameras around my house that would have captured anyone if he had been there. Furthermore, even if the roof was no longer under warranty, the company could have told me that and offer a repair estimate. In order to do that, you must actually come to the property. My husband and I built our house 28 years ago in St. Charles. Two years ago, we reached out to Champion Restoration for assistance in selecting a new roof for our house. The sales representative met with us several times and was very thorough with enabling us to select the roof that would not only last but also make our house hold its value. The workers who put our roof on were responsible, hardworking, and respectful to us. Their work definitely met our highest expectations and the roof turned out beautiful! Champion Restoration was a breeze! My rep B Turner did all the leg work. Worked with insurance adjuster, filled out the paperwork, handled all the phone calls. I just got the check and paid after I was completely satisified. I would and have already recommend them to friends, family and neighbors! The roofing crew was fast, cleaned up after and was able to strip and replace everything in one day. It was over 100 degrees and they pushed right through! I was very cautious about my flowerbeds getting smashed, had zero issues. My rep B Turner was and is available anytime I need him, just a text away. Fast response and very friendly. A+ in my book! Will definitely be my first call next time I need roof work!

We were extremely happy and impressed with Randy and Champion. They not only did our house, but my in-laws. My house was started early that morning and finished when I was home from work. The mess was cleaned up and they worked with my insurance so I paid very little out of pocket. I couldn't have asked for more out of a roofing company. I recommend them without hesitation. When I read some of the negative comments it makes me wonder what the rest of the story is. Randy and the crew at Champion are good folks.

Ok! So if you need a roof go check out Champion Restoration! Not only did they show up when they said they would, they did a phenomenal job! We called them for a quote, we agreed on the work and they were there the next day! It's hard to find reliable, hardworking and trusting crews in the construction world. Saw Champions Restoration putting on a roof in the area. Also noticed all our neighbors were getting new roofs. Bruce Leighton took care of everything for us! Bruce was on-site multiple times to supervise his crew. He even came back to double check the work after his crew left and he personally put the satellite dish back up. His crew worked extremely hard throughout the entire job. They cleaned everything, I mean everything up after the first day of our two day job. The crew was polite, friendly and very hard working. Our entire neighborhood was impressed with their workmanship. We also asked them to be done by a certain time because we were having company the next day.....they brought a double crew and we're finished 2 hours early. Thank you Bruce and crew.

Randy at Champion Restoration was very helpful in replacing our roof. He walked my husband through filing the claim, receiving the money, communicating with the mortgage holder and insurance company, and the crew who replaced our roof. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with and I would give them a negative review if possible. After the hail damage in March, I was taken in by these slick talking storm chasers. Promised that everything would be taken care of and that the original agent would be on site until the roof and other work was complete. I was told this company had strong religious beliefs. Never saw him again. After weeks of frustrating text messages and phone calls to see why progress was so slow, I finally decided to hire the work myself, which included damaged gutters, pool deck, new pool liner, windows, and metal shop roof. I had no trouble finding contractors for the work. Champion Restoration said they had tried repeatedly to reach me by phone. Smart phones are called that for a reason, and the record on my phone showed two missed calls over a three month period. I returned those calls and the private cell number I was given to call back on had a voicemail that was full. The same number reaches more than the person you are trying to reach. After choosing to hire the work out myself one of the office people sent me an email stating the I was engaged in insurance fraud and that he would report this the following day. That was the last straw. The better business of Little Rock has contacted Champion Restoration for some of their practices, but Champion has failed to reply. (see BBB of Little Rock). Lastly, the picture enclosed is of the damage to a third floor bedroom ceiling. Their workers said nothing about the damage. After showing this in an email to Champion I got a credit but no apology. Read the reviews. I don't know how they stay in business.

Replaced my roof for an insurance claim. Roof started leaking in multiple spots. This was noticed a few years later but when I had the new roofing company look at it they said it had been leaking for a while and was due to improper installation. Called Champion. They answered my phone call the first time but no response since. Multiple texts not returned other the one telling me to "calm down". I was trying to see if the roof was under warranty or if they could tell me the color and type shingle they used so I could give that to the new roofing company for repair. Hired to repair commercial flat roof. Paid LARGE sum of money and the roof STILL leaks in more new places than it did before they started the job. Oh sure they came out several times and attempted to "fix" the leaks however each time they did there was a new leak afterward in an area of the roof that never leaked before. It has been over 3 months, they've stopped communicating with us even though they were paid in full as requested. The owner Jeff Pollitt was very rude and hung up when we called to make him aware our roof was still leaking. Would not recommend using them.Service: Roof repair

This company repaired our roof after the terrible hail storm damage from March 2018.Our claims process was the simplest I have ever encountered as a homeowner. Their representative, Randy, met with us and our insurance inspector, and the check was cut for the work to be done on the spot. I'm a roofer who has seen alot of different roofers work in different meticulous ways. I used to work for Harness Roofing and Johnson Roofing as well as other companies. So you can say that I would have a service on speed dial if need be. But this company did out do others in the sense that they completed the roof in one day, got all the Rake edges straight and Valleys in good form, and did excellent work for just one day and had a crew of people who all worked together. Another good thing I can say is that their about the only ones that got the roof paid for completely through the insurance company without a deductible, which saved my father who was the recipient of the new roof, alot of money. Although yes sometimes it was hard to get ahold of them we were patient, as we couldn't really beat the deal we got, and because I know from experience that most roofing companies usually have a ton of work going on both sales rep wise and contracted roofer wise in this season, but they did an outstanding job on the roof itself, and was always nice to us. Wouldn't mind recommending them for any roofing work because they will find a way to get you a roof at no charge if they can. And that's what my dad got. Harness and the others, their good companies, but with them my father would have had to pay a deductible. With This company my father got the roof for free basically and it looks great.

Let me also echo the 5 star reviews that are posted, my experience with Champion Restoration was effortless. Randy was a huge help, and walked me through each stage of the roof replacement. One big thing they did was replace some damaged wood that was covered up by the old roof, no extra charge. Dealing with insurance and making claims can seem like a daunting task, I was grateful to have Champion Restoration there to help me.

This company is not reliable! They over promise and under deliver on not only customers but employees as well... I wouldn't recommend them to roof my doghouse much less my home! The owner is intoxicated 90%of the time while driving and dealing with customers also. He does not complete jobs on time lies to the customer constantly and he doesn't pay his employees for months at a time. That's why he has been taken to court several times and I plan to do the same to recieve my lost wages from back in August and here it is December!
