We paid George Dixon $14,000 labor to build a vinyl rail fence. We insisted he set the posts in concrete but he argued that Pea gravel was better. Two weeks after completion, posts shifted and moved. Rails are falling ou out and my show horses cannot be contained. We are in a desparate situation and looking for someone to reset the posts in concrete like we originally asked for.
