Rock city roofing and I have come to an understanding that we do not agree with each other on the total of my invoice. They will not answer any questions about my invoice. They have manipulated their invoice to over charge for my roof. They are charging for a full roof of felt and a full roof of IWS upgrades on two separate line items. Felt line should have been reduced for IWS upgrades. They added a line item for Starter shingles but again never reduced the shingles line item to account for this. They tried to charge for full replacement of power vents and rain caps but only painted them. They said that since your roof was over insurance estimate they will only charge insurance estimate minus power vents and furnace caps since i had pictures of dents in them and insurance estimates showed price for full replacement. I just feel taken advantage of but unless our insurance fights them i have no ground with them threatening default, 1.5% per week late fees, and lawyers fee. Project manager William Dean decided without consulting us and picked black drip trim. We would have picked offwhite since our house has off white trim.Told us that insurance did not price for full power vent replacement. It would be thousands of dollars if they did which was a lie. Called, email, and texted for payments in which i repeated told him I needed an invoice. I had beed asking for an invoice since 2-26-24 but did not receive one till 4-1-24. My experience with them has not been ideal and has left me very unhappy with the whole experience. I would not recommend them but if you do/did use them I would probably see if they charged you full price for vent and rain caps but only painted them.

Rick City did a great job replacing our roof after the hell storm. The job was done quickly and professionally. They covered my flowerbeds and pool with tarps and made sure everything was cleaned up when the job was done. Sheldon was extremely easy to work with and very responsive to my calls or text!

RockCity Roofing is over the top professional and incredibly thorough. They leveraged code upgrade coverages to add multiple necessary items to my home at no additional cost to me; even items that are not normally covered by insurance were approved. I am thankful to have the maximum wind warranty and lifetime warranty shingles on my home. I couldn't have asked for a better service. Rock City Roofing does high quality work with first class service!I can’t say enough good things about Daniel Allen who showed up on my doorstep informing me that his business was repairing hail damage in my neighborhood and offered to check my roof. I thought what could it hurt as I hadn’t planned to inspect my roof anytime soon so at least I would know what kind of condition my roof was in.It wasn’t but 20 minutes later Daniel was back at my door informing me that I had hail damage on my roof. He showed me photos of the damage and proceeded to inform me it was significant enough that it should be replaced. Well it didn’t take long for this likable hardworking go-getter sales rep to win me over as he proceeded to assist me in the process of initiating the repair. I wasn’t committed to necessarily use his roofing company for the roof replacement at the time, but as I moved on in the process of making my insurance claim Daniel was a welcomed resource of knowledge and helpful advice.I had my insurance company adjuster confirm what Daniel had discovered and the claim was quickly approved, including the code upgrades that Daniel indicated my insurance company would also approve. There were a couple of “hiccups” along the way, but again Daniel assured me that everything would be fine, as it was every step of the way. I highly recommend Daniel Allen and did so with my friends and neighbors, all of whom have since secured his excellent services.I am so impressed with Rock City Roofing it was easy to enthusiastically endorse their work. From start to finish they do it right. They use high quality Certainteed products and their installation crews are hard-working and efficient. The whole experience with this company has been nothing short of amazing. Daniel was extremely professional. When we first called, he came out the same day, in the snow, and put a cover on our damaged section. He walked us through the entire process of getting the roof replaced and ensured us that he would take care of everything without pushing us into using the company. He was amazingly friendly. I had the pleasure of working with Blake at Rock City Roofing after a tree hit my roof. He was out to tarp the roof within hours on a hot, sunny day, despite no rain in the forecast. I met with an individual by the name of William Dean. He guided me through the entire process and made the process very simple and easy for us. William was extremely professional, reachable and patient. I asked a million questions and he answered all of them with no problems and without any negative attitude behind it. His customer service skills was great. If I called him and he didn’t pick (which he did most times) he would text or call me back almost immediately. Would I recommend William and Rock City Roofing? I could not be more satisfied with Rock City Roofing! I dealt with Daniel through this process. He came out and inspected our roof. The same day he directed me towards who I should contact and how to do that. He stayed there with me and walked me through that entire process all in the same day. After working out the details, we began. Picked out shingles, ordered and arrived in about 1 1/2 weeks. Took them just barely over a day and it looks great. I felt very safe through this process.
