After a leak, we contacted Bo about a bathroom remodel. He was probably the third company I contacted and the only one to call me back. He came out gave the estimate and then asked what else I'd like to do in the bathroom. I went through the complete wish list for the bathroom. His quote was beyond reasonable. We went with him. There was never a question of what was happening with the work. We were kept informed at all times. They hit snags we didn't know were coming and despite it taking longer because of that, we never went over the original estimate. The bathroom was a complete transformation. I've added the before and after.

Vaughn Roofing and Remodeling saved our sanity, tree fell through our roof, causing damage to two bedrooms. The guys came in, cleaned up, and rebuilt our rooms and replaced the whole roof. We are very happy with the service and quality of the work. Thank you Bo Vaughn.

Contacted them before Christmas of 22 to replace some siding. We agreed on a price and they said later they had the material and as soon as the techs got caught up they would contact me. I called and was told due to weather they were behind. I called in late January and was told it would be soon. Called twice in February and again in late March and no answer and no response to my voicemail. I had used them before and was pleased but will not use them again nor would I recommend them. Very unprofessional and I feel they actually lied to me about having the materials.

After the initial contact with the company representative, the roof was examined the same day. This was not expected but was a pleasant surprise. Upon inspection, a detailed review of the damage and suggested options were presented. The work was scheduled and performed just as promised. I cannot say enough good to do my experience justice for Vaughn’s Roofing. I will use them again and highly recommend!!!

I was very iimpressad with the timely response to our call for services. This company answered our call, gave an estimate, and completed the job while we still have not heard back from the other two companies we contacted. They did an excellent job on our roof and we recommend them. Next job; seamless gutters, and Vaughn's will be doing it. Thanks guys for a job well done!

Will not use anyone else but Vaughn’s for our home!!! Very pleased with the service we have received from Bo. Any time we have needed something done , he makes sure it’s done in a very TIMELY manner … very good people. Proud we have them in this area to handle our home needs !!!!!

They came to do some roofing work for me and the guy that they sent out was going through all of my stuff snooping through my tools and everything and ended up breaking something on my porch worst service ever didn't even fix the leak
