THANK YOU, CRAWFORD! I bought solar panels from a company in Conway last year. For the past eight months half of them were not working after a power outage. I called that company hundreds of times but they ignored every call. Finally they call back and said my gateway is bad and I would have to pay them $3,000 to fix it even though they have a 25 year warranty. I called Brian at Crawford and they had techs out within a week. They just left and fixed my panels in under a hour. Turns out it was a minor issue and nothing needed to be replaced. I wish I would have bought the panels from Crawford Electric to begin with. Techs were supper friendly and knowledgeable. You can't go wrong with this company. I'm about to buy a generator from them too.

Chase was outstanding. He replaced a ceiling fan in our living room and also replaced two light fixtures outside our back door. He never took a break and even hauled away the old fan and lights. Called them about some wires on my solar panels that had been chewed on by squirrels. Solar people had no idea how to fix them. But the people at Crawford knew exactly what to do. They setup a time to be here and were prompt. Had the work done in less than 3 hrs. Panels are back up in my roof wiring perfectly. These are the guys to call for your electrical needs. Crawford electric changed our service from 100 amp to 200 amp and done a great job. The dirt/trench work in our yard was great, did a great job of smoothing out the dirt. They also put in a new 200 amp box inside and did a great job on our wall. All in all a great job. I recommend Crawford Electric for all of your electrical needs.

I had Crawford come out and install two in-ceiling lights in my hallways and they did a outstanding job. They were professional and very quick with the install. This company is ripping off the consumer. Two years ago I called the and they did a service and replaced the battery on my generator charged me for 1 1/2 hours labor. I just got my generator only serviced and the charged me for 2 hours service. So less work they charge you more hours. Wow what a bad company. Do not let them take your money. I went in to the office so they could explain why that happen. They would not even try to listen to me.So I payed them and informed them I would not be using there services any more. Ok then let us go there. I have had the generator for about 7 years old there is only 45.5 hours on it you have serviced it 3 times. So in your own works my generator maintenance is up to manufacture guidelines. You replace serviceable parts even though they have not met the hour requirement to be replaced. I look you up on BBB and they refused to rate you and I bet it is for theses reason. Do we need to continue

We have used Crawford Electric several times in the past few weeks for projects to include replacing the old 2-prong outlets throughout our home, and the purchase and installation of a Kohler whole-house standby generator. Avoid doing business with Crawford Electric. My wife and I hired the company for nearly $5,000 worth of electrical work on a home remodeling project since 2017, including burying our main electrical service line, and inside work. The outside line burial has been no issue, but the inside house work was clearly substandard. As a result, we paid another electrician to repair or replace Crawford Electric work numerous times in the last three years.For example, lights and fans suddenly started failing entirely. The second electrician found numerous faulty electrical connections caused by improper installation in every instance. When asked by Blake at Crawford why we didn't allow the company to repair its mistakes, I explained that the work should have done properly in the first place. If they don't care enough to do good work to begin with, why provide a second chance to make things worse?Also, twice we attempted to schedule important and time sensitive projects with Crawford in 2020, and both times Crawford failed to show up at the agreed upon time. Each time Blake blamed Marty or some other person or problem, and refused to accept responsibility for failing to communicate clearly with customers. They wasted our time, and delayed our electrical projects for weeks as a result.Crawford Electric demonstrates clear lack of professionalism and disdain for customers. That hubris only comes from being the "only game in town," which is likely the only reason they are still in business given the company's terrible approach to customer service and safe electrical installations from our own personal experience.Good luck finding other electricians in Baxter County, Arkansas, but do your best to avoid hiring Crawford Electric, Inc.Services: Remodeling, Fan installation, Installation, Light fixture installation, Light fixture repair, Electrical outlet & switch relocation, Electrical panel repair, General repairs, Electrical outlet & switch repair, Electrical outlet & switch installation

I honesty still have no idea what happened to my power. Gentleman came by earlier than planned. No biggie. Kinda awkward greet at the door though,, not sure if he was expecting someone older or something haha but anyways hardly spoke to me. Took an hour to restore the power in my second bedroom and half of my bedroom. Plus side is it's fixed. So no complaints there, just wish I knew what happened or what was done to fix it. Hopefully my bill will give me more information. Maybe work alittle bit on communication with consumers. All and all 5/10 for the service, not bad but not amazing.
