Kain and crew installed windows on my entire house. They were very friendly and a joy to be around. My windows look great! They cleaned up after themselves and reinstalled my blinds when they were done. I had 36 windows replaced and I am impressed at how quickly they have gotten the job done. Sandro’s crew arrived early and asked permission to start early. They were polite and very efficient, I could hardly believe how quickly they worked while paying attention to details. They cleaned up the worksite totally. It was a very professional job and my windows are beautiful

The sales man was wonderful. He was able to answer questions, was polite and respectful to myself and my mother. The manager on the phone was as well. The gentleman that installed the windows was equally respectful and helpful. He cleaned up after himself, explained what he was doing, finished each window before starting another. The process went smooth and easy. If I had to do more windows I would definitely call them back. I posted about it on my neighborhood app. Really can tell a difference already. If you stand by the windows you don't feel the cold off the glass as much. Heat in the house seems to be more consistent. I'm really happy about this decision!

Recently had windows and entry door replaced. WinChoice USA did an excellent job. The windows and door look great. The next day another employee came out and did very good touch-up work. It all looks brand new. We are very pleased and would not hesitate to recommend this company.

Demetrius did an excellent job on the windows, but he did not have any one to help him. The installation was supposed to be 2 days and it turned into 4 long days. Demetrius worked from the time he had gotten here until we asked him to stop and go home. Very polite and professional service. He should of had a crew and those two days would of been those two days not 4. Koodos to you Demetrius for the awesome job. THE ONE MAN CREW.

I'm very pleased with the look of my new windows and the care and detail that went into the installation. My old windows didn't cooperate real well in coming out as Shane and Austin expected, but it did not deter them from doing a very thorough job. They cleaned up after themselves in such a way that with the exception of the new windows, you wouldn't know that any construction or demolition had occurred. Very professional and I highly recommend them!

I can’t say enough good things about our experience with WinChoice! They were quick and efficient, polite, clean, and I didn't have to do a thing. This hole thing was easy, and I was very impressed with the gentleman who worked so hard to remove the old windows and install the new ones. It took two days to do 22 Windows, but there beautiful and well worth the effort, time, and cost. Thank you so much for treating us with so much respect, and professionalism; it is nice to see some men haven't forgotten how to be a good man. And it's nice to see some businesses can still take pride in their work. Bottom line is that I would definitely use them again, or recommend them to anyone else who is in need of new Windows.

Ordered windows from these guys. Price was good, turn around time for making the windows was excellent and the man doing the install did an excellent job! He kept everything very clean and neat. He was also very friendly and respectful of our home and interior furnishings! Would definitely recommend WinChoice if you need windows!

Editing my original review as WinChoice USA has not done as promised. They will not respond to courteous calls/voicemails. It has now been almost 4 months with a broken window (happened accidentally during installation) and a major issue with a door. I’m happy with the windows and doors that are in working condition…just wish the company would respond with an update and finish the job as promised.

Excellent overall experience with WinChoice USA starting with the exploration of what windows to install in our home thru to job completion. Fairly priced, quality windows, great hardworking crew who did expert work installing 16 windows in my home, rebuilding trim and even reroofing a small overhang to the new windows. Highly recommended.

After a reschedule for the next day at 0800. The pair of wondow installers were at my home before 0800 and had my windows installed before 1200. They professionally installed the windows and cleaned up after themselves. I am very satisfied with my windows. My favorite feature is the quality in which the windows block out the outside sound. Great quality!!! I would very much recommend WinChoice USA to anyone.

Had a great experience buying new windows. They were built and installed 2 weeks prior to the 8 week deadline given. The installer was well experienced and was always on time. A lot better experience than I expected. The windows are top quality. Highly recommend this company.

Windows are pricey! But with a life time warranty might be worth it. The sales rep was very knowledgeable. But the back and forth the management for price was kinda mickey mouse. I also checked the raidiant heat with a heat lamp all good. The contractors that installed my windows were very fast, friendly and professional, couldn't ask for better contractors. Ordered 11 windows and they said 8 weeks. Got them is less than 4 week.

The contractors worked hard and it was hot. I did however did not like the way they removed the old windows. The inside trim work was scuffed up and damaged. I now have to repaint the inside trim. That was the only thing wrong. Windows look great on the outside
