This is the most sorry excuse for a roofing company I've come across. The owner has a disclaimer that mentions if your building is NOT built to code, things aren't her fault. But when her people blow nails thru all kinds of wires and half my house doesn't work and all kinds of breakers are tripping and my electrician says the room IS built to code.... at that point all she had to say is that her people aren't licensed/certified home inspectors/electricians.. no one asked them to be. I'm also aware that they are not because I have already hired those PROFESSIONALS. I told her scout that i had an inspection done and what it said-he NEVER asked to see my report. All I expect is for her people to have common sense, knowledge and pride in their jobs. She makes her people sound completely incompetent and she's ok with it- She repeatedly told me that "you asked for a roof and you got a roof". I thought I was paying for experience, knowledge, expertise and quality work but I did not receive ANY of that. She sounded like because I needed a roof asap due to selling my home I should look past the having to have an electrician to fix my house because they squeezed me in. This company was a huge mistake and a massive set back. Never again

Great experience. Working with Michael from Quality Assurance out of Mulberry Ark. He was professional and reliable followed our job from start to finish. After having a bad experience with a roof that needed to be replaced after only 4 years due to a faulty installation. I understand the importance of a reputable roofing company. Highly recommend Quality Assurance Roofing. I would only call them if a have any roofing needs in the future.Service: Roof installation
