From my initial phone call, they were prompt to come evaluate our retaining wall that fell, Provide me with a quote, detailed plans, and estimated time periods. They were reliable. They cleaned up after themselves every day. We live on a steep driveway and we’re still able to get in our parking places despite all the work they had to do. It was a tremendous amount of work and an extremely fair bid.! So well done. I cannot recommend them enough. They were very meticulous, detail, oriented, courteous, and just overall amazing! The wall looks amazing. They cleaned up our driveway, the yard, replaced mulch…. All looks brand new. Just above and beyond! This is literally my first Google review! That’s how impressed I was!!!!Would highly recommend!

A little over a year ago American Structure installed a French drain to solve the drainage problems at our house. This was a big job - over eighty feet of drainage pipe - and they did a great job. I wanted to wait before writing a review to see how it did over time and through different seasons. It has solved the problem! Will was our consultant, and he was great; he’s very knowledgeable and explains things clearly and thoroughly without being condescending or impatient. Pamela who works in the office was great to work with. And the crew that did the work was amazing.

Very unhappy with this company especially the two guys that were over the project of my house. I would have to contact them to get any updates on what was happening or going to happen. They left stuff undone until I contacted the main office. They half way did a project that I had ask them to do from the beginning. I will not be recommending them to anybody.

I encourage anyone that has drainage problems around their home to use American Structure Inc. They came to our home and within 24 hours our French drains were operable. Also, we had extensive work done with floor beams and floor joists. They were prompt, professional, courteous, and compassionate toward our needs. American Structure's prices were very reasonable.

We had major drainage issues in our yard and had another company come out to fix the problem but it did not. We contacted American Structure and Darrel Graves came out and gave suggestions on how to fix the problem. Darrel was very helpful and the men that worked on the wall were fantastic. Instead of all the water that was coming in our yard from many surrounding properties now will drain down the wall and into a drain box one the south side and on the west side will drain into our yard away from our house. I would recommend American Structure to anyone if you have drainage issues

American Structure just finished rebuilding a large collapsed retainer wall at my house. They were not the cheapest estimate we had, but I am so glad we chose them. They are knowledgeable and provided a detailed quote outlining the entire process. They did a fantastic job, showed up when they said they would, and the new wall looks amazing! I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and likely will use them to replace a cross-tie retainer wall in our front yard. Thanks so much American Structure team!

We had an amazing experience with American Structure Inc.! They did a two part project (French drain and structural stabilization) and both crews were outstanding! The French drain project went perfect and the crew left the yard in better shape than they found it (clean up was immaculate). The foundation crew did an awesome job adding joists to our crawlspace (there was too much spacing between the joists when the home was built) and finished quicker than anticipated. Darrell did an awesome job with a realistic estimate, no additional costs, and kept me informed the entire way. I hope they expand their services as I would hire them for any project that happens to come along. Just an all around great company!!!Update - 9/1/23 - We just completed our 2nd project with A.S. and it went just as well as the first one! This was a different property that had major settling/foundation issues. Darrell made it out immediately and had a price worked up the next day. The work went very fast and very smoothly. Julio was great to work with and has a great eye for quality control. The team onsite was very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. This company was AMAZING. Edgar and his team worked their you-know-whats off. They were friendly,.helpful, and professional. THEY CLEANED UP AND SWEPT AT THE END OF EVERY DAY! That's uncommon. Darrell was also wonderful to work with. He was thorough and explained things without talking down to me. I had consultations with Ram - Jack & Olshan before deciding American Structure did more pilings for the same amount. Also, the pilings were steel as opposed to concrete. I am extremely happy with the pier and beam work by American Structure. The crew installed piers and beams to reinforce floor joists that were not installed properly in an addition constructed many years ago. In preparation for a complete gutting and renovating of this space, I knew I needed foundation work done before installing expensive tile and fixtures. The floor is now sound, rigid, and level. Brandon Burks, the project manager for the job, was outstanding. He answered my questions completely, addressed my concerns respectfully, and made sure the job was done to code and to professional standards. He and the crew were a pleasure to deal with. This company is so awesome! When I called to set up a time for an estimate they were quick to schedule a time to come out and look. At the time of the estimate their employee, Brandon Burks showed up on time and was so polite! He even went into our craw space and found out that the initial contractor i had do an estimate before was wrong about what needed to be fixed! Brandon Burks took a video of what needed to be fixed so he could show me and explain to me that it wasn't at all what the other contractor had said! I highly suggest choosing American Structure Inc.! They go above and beyond to make sure their customers are taken care of.Brandon Burks saved us from paying a lot of money for something that wasn't even wrong! Just amazing!!!!

ASI installed French drains to prevent flooding on my back patio and in my back yard. Every time it rained a significant amount, because I live at the bottom of a long hill, with five yards above me, we received the run-off from all those yards and would suffer from extensive flooding in my back yard. Brandon, Angelo, Reynaldo and their crew of workers installed French drains that will be able to help me remain dry even in the most extensive flooding. They were completely professional in all their work, and Brandon even helped me design the drains for my specific needs in my back yard and went to the extra effort of connecting my drains to the city drainage system instead of just breaking through the gutter and letting the overflow run onto the street. Their work ethic was excellent, and their production and final cleanup was excellent as well. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a very high quality professional drain system installed.

THANK HEAVEN FOR AMERICAN STRUCTURE INC, who saved my living room foundation!! They arrived timely for both the work estimate consultation and the completion of the work itself. The crew was efficient, hardworking, extremely customer friendly - and the price was fair! The work was performed in one day as promised and the crew were some of the hardest working young gentlemen I have ever seen.American Structure Inc. corrected and repaired the interior concrete slab foundation in my Jacksonville, Arkansas living room, which had been left demolished and abandoned by a local, unethical plumbing company whose name rhymes with Weteran Rooter Blumbing - who had no clue how to fix the unthinkable damage they inflicted on my interior foundation. Hence, Weteran Rooter Blumbing totally abandoned me mid-project, leaving the damage of a vast, destabilizing foundation crater inside my home.AMERICAN STRUCTURE CAME TO MY RESCUE. I was so delighted with the quality of their work that I hired them to complete a second renovation in my den. Hooray for American Structure - I applaud their work ethic, their honest work practices and their fair pricing. This company has done extensive work at my home and I highly recommend them. They are excellent at installing French drains and repairing structural issues. As part of their work, a crawlspace dehumidifier was recommended and installed. They service this unit every six months, most recently done by Brandon Burks. Working in a crawlspace is tough work and Brandon took care of everything nicely. Again, I highly recommend American Structure.

We've hired ASI twice, and have been very happy with their service on each occasion. Dealing with foundation problems is dreadful, but Bob got us repaired and we feel good about the work that was done. For a porch rebuilt and retaining wall construction, Jerry was patient and always available for questions and to make sure we were satisfied. We highly recommend these folks.

I had an appointment I was told that I was going to be call before they showed up I was not called I found a business card on my front door so I called the name on the card project manager Brandon Burks, He was extremely rude extremely unprofessional made me the customer feel like it was my fault that I did not receive a phone call or a text message letting me know that he was on his way. I called the office talk to Pam very professional very considerate of my feelings wanted me as a customer and is doing everything she can to make sure I keep the appointment for the day that I took off work. So as far as Brandon barks I would not recommend having him at your home to represent American structure Inc. again very rude and very unprofessional from Mr. Burks.
