Wish I would have checked out these reviews before interacting with Stacey. It was like pulling teeth to get a quote, then after multiple phone calls to him with the promise of coming to do the work in the next week I gave up. Many hours wasted with nothing to show. Would never recommend this company.

Absolutely DO NOT give these people your business!! 20k later and they will not come back out and correct their mistakes. They resided my parents house spring of 2023. Issue's were caught immediately there after and asked to come out and address It's now December and still have not come back and corrected their work. Terrible business take your money somewhere else because WRIGHT handles their customers completely wrong

Siding replacement was done on a home without being notified of the day it would start due to the fact they knew that the job was going to be just thrown together. After contacting Stacy Cato numerous times, I still have not yet had the siding job to be corrected after months. I would advise no one to use this place, It seems like the whole business is set up to get a quick dollar to do a half job!Service: Remodeling

d edges everywhere knowing we had 2 small learning to walk toddlers and promised it would be fixed that week….we blocked it with furniture and finally after over a month of waiting we hired another company to come fix it and still didn’t hear a word from Wright Siding for months. Then early one Saturday morning without warning they show up banging on our door demanding to fix that window and install that moment. The owner started yelling at us for having the window fixed without talking to him and called us disrespectful for doing so. Stacey was so nice when he sold us our window but every encounter from that moment on was terrible. He was so rude and never once apologized for any of our delays over the year long process even with how understanding we were. He even tried to blame us and call us names because we cared about the safety of our children over respecting his wishes on what needed to happen with our living room window. I wouldn’t trust this company with any project ever, I honestly don’t understand how they are still functioning with how poorly run they are.

Still waiting for repairs after siding was put on my Bay windows Leak I talked to the owner Stacie in August problem has not been fixed now some siding is falling off the west end of house I would Caution people about using this Company

After a fair to middling installation in 2015, siding has come loose or damaged over the course of the last couple of years and despite a "lifetime warranty for materials and labor" Stacy Cato - Owner - will not return calls or schedule repairs. Replies to text messages indicating that the attached pictures of damage, etc. do meet said warranty but never calls or schedules after multiple prompts and calls. Do not recommend at all.Service: Remodeling

I will NEVER use nor would I ever recommend this company. I called last week to schedule an appointment for a quote. The young lady Sarah, said my appointment was set for 11-4-20 @2:30pm. I rushed home and waited. I later called to see where the person was and how late would they be? Sarah said that she didn’t have me scheduled, but could schedule me for 11-5-20, not caring that I left work early to make the appointment. SMDH Bad Business WRIGHTS SIDING. I said “No ma’am, I will try another company”!!!

I had this company come out and provide an estimate. They made a lot of promises and I had high hopes they would actually show up and do the work, but here I am 4 months later and they have been a complete no show.I call them, and he claims they "have just been sooo busy".My suggestion to you is to move on to a more trustworthy company.

Attempted to get a scheduled appointment several times and was texting the owner directly. A couple weeks go by and I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and call the company directly. Spoke with Sarah on the phone and she set me up with a Appointment the next day at 1:30. The next day arrives and by this point I've already adjusted my schedule (used personal leave). At 1030 on the day of the appointment Sarah calls me and informs me that we need to reschedule. ON THE DAY OF THE APPOINTMENT. Will never use this company and will never recommend this company.

Wright Siding completed a job including new windows, doors and siding on my condo last year. I was very pleased with the quality, price and workmanship with my job. Mr. Cato was always pleasant to work with, and responded immediately to my calls and questions. When I expressed concerns about any aspect of the job, he addressed it immediately with his independent contractors who then corrected the work to my satisfaction. Mr. Cato, please feel free to send interested parties to see the work you did at my home. Thank you for your work and your professionalism.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!In 2015, we hired Stacey C., who presented himself as owner of Wright Siding, to install vinyl siding on our home. According to the contract we entered into, we have a lifetime workmanship guarantee. About six months after the initial installation, siding started coming loose from the house. Calls were made every week for over six weeks before a repairman was sent to do the repairs. Now siding is loose on another section of our home and calls have been made for over eight weeks. Stacey came to our home about a month ago, and brought nothing to repair the loose siding, he said he would return, but has not showed up. Another call was made to his office, and we were told by a female that answered the call, that someone would be sent the next day. That was two weeks ago. I would not advise anyone doing business with WRIGHT SIDING and STACEY C. to expect service when they have a problem with services he and his company provides.

Worst customer service I have ever received. I called to schedule an estimate and had it set for 10am. When we were ending the call I was told “we have you set for 11am”. I stated I thought we said 10am, the representative stated oh yea that’s right I am sorry, I have you down for 10am. I called on the way home on the day of the appointment to confirm and was told the appointment was set for 11am. I wasn’t happy but said that’s ok. I got home and waited for over an hour before I received a call from the gentleman doing the estimate stating he couldn’t make it until 1-1:30. He requested I send photos. I sent them and still received no response. I then called the company and was told that was his personal phone and I should reach out to him on it. Shortly after I received a text that he was at Church and he would call after. He did call after and gave me an estimate over phone but stated he would have to come by the next day to measure and we set the appointment for 6pm. Surprise surprise but he never showed up. I called and text and both were ignored. I would never recommend this business to anyone. Terrible service!

The owner, Stacey Cato is rude, unprofessional and never did the job he was paid to do. I don't even want him near my dad's home now, he speaks to his employees like garbage and doesn't pay them either. Terrible place to do business. Ended up using a smaller company and they did wonderful and even discounted the amount Mr. Cato stole.

Ordered windows and siding in October!! It's first of January, 50 degrees, and they finally came with a window, took the old window out and now the new doesn't fit!!! Trying to get a hold of Stacey and figure out how to make it fit!!!And siding was started a month ago and still isn't completed!!!So sorry I went with Angie's List recommendation.
