I would highly recommend Sara to anyone needing a home inspection. She was very thorough during the inspection, and took time when she was done to talk through the major points with us before she left. Her report was emailed later that same day and was very detailed, with photos and information about each area inspected whether there was a defect/problem identified or not. She also includes information about whether each issue can be fixed with basic DIY or if a professional is suggested. Her pricing is very reasonable, and I was able to pay online.
