I like the business model of Mr. Handyman because I don't want to have to search for a specialty company every time I need a small home repair. In this case, a piece of fascia got torn off my garage by the wind and Mr. Handyman was able to send out a tech (Dustin Wagner) the next day to assess and fix it. It was a quick but good repair and you can't tell it's been reattached. Dustin also added some screws to keep it in place in the future, which is nice for peace of mind. The price was about what I expected for the service call plus repair. Note that you will be charged for the full first hour even if it takes a little less, but it still seemed fair and was probably still less than what a roofing/siding company would have charged. I will use this company/tech again.

We had a scratch and dent oven, microwave to install in the wall, replacing a separate microwave and oven. They had to fix the cabinet for a good fit and install. Our "Mr. Handyman" was Ivan, and we were more than pleased. He was diligent, courteous and very responsible regarding every part of the job. I cannot say enough good things about Cody and Mike. First of all, they have handled every project they have ever done with upmost professionalism and respect. I had a problem pop up on thanksgiving day and they came out immediately to be sure it didn’t have anything to do with their recent work on our house which it didn’t. 2nd service from this company and thoroughly impressed again, this time it was Joey, doing the ventilation clean out, he was so thorough! I love that these technicians explain what they do, it’s so helpful to know what exactly you’re paying for. Above and beyond again, I should have taken a photo of how fancy he folded a couple items when he was putting them back, it was resort quality! Mike Tuttle is the perfect handyman. He made sure my smoke detector had a new battery and was working perfectly. The detector was on the 11 foot high ceiling and I couldn’t reach it. Also the lady who set up my appointment was so nice and helpful.

I'm very surprised by all of the 5 star reviews that this business has. Back in June I had two room doors and my front door jam re-installed and leveled up with trim placed around the area. I don't remember the tech's name, but the work was very sloppy with fingerprints left everywhere and trim just not up to par; the front door you have to slam to get it to shut and there is still a draft. I have since had my bedroom doors rehung, but the front is still as is. The caulking around the front door has already cracked as well. Not sure if that was the wrong caulking used or what. The tech was friendly and it took him 2 whole days to do the work. I just had my sliding backdoor replaced with a french door and it only took 2 hours for an independent contractor. I was in a pinch and needed it done asap. My husband and I never read the reviews, but if we had, we would have still used this company because of the great reviews and when you're in a pinch, you gotta do what you gotta do. The price for 2 days of work was ok, even though it wasn't fixed properly. The doors and trim were still hung and that's really all that was needed. Maybe the tech thought since we lived in a trailer it could be left subpar. Just writing this review for others to know what we went through. I have already had half of my house remodeled since we have used this company and now I know a good contractor that does great work!

Just wanted to drop a quick note about my awesome experience with Mr. Handyman. Recently, I was needing some help to replace our kitchen faucet and get a reverse osmosis water system installed, which meant drilling a hole in the countertop. I reached out to a bunch of local plumbers, and guess what? Ali from Mr. Handyman got back to me super fast, while others took ages or didn’t even bother.Ali was amazing from the get-go. She really took the time to understand what I needed, and did her homework to make sure they could do the job – a big thumbs up compared to others who just said nope to the drilling part. And the quote they gave me? Spot on and totally fit my budget!The star of the show was Michael, our technician. This guy was not just on time, but super polite and treated the job with so much seriousness. When he needed a drill guide for the countertop and couldn't find one, he didn’t give up – he made one himself! Talk about dedication, right?It was Michael's first time installing a reverse osmosis system, but he didn’t let that stop him. He read up the manual, watched YouTube videos, and nailed the installation. No leaks, nothing, just perfect work.So, yeah, if you need someone reliable and skilled for home stuff, Mr. Handyman is the way to go. Michael and Ali have won me over, and I'll definitely be calling them again. Highly recommend!

The service was excellent, but the price seemed a bit high. Original estimate was around $450, based on material and 3 hours of labor. The bill came out to $470 due to the material cost, but your guy was done in just over an hour. The guy who did the original estimate led me to believe the price would be lower if the labor turned out to be less, but no price reduction occurred. A bit disappointing.
