I can't say enough good about NWA Roofing. I had hail damage from the storm back in May 2019 and NWA Roofing responded quickly and took care of everything for me, not just the roof (siding, screens, guttering, etc.). Larry provided continuous follow up throughout the process...he never left me hanging. They do great quality work at a great value. I am so pleased with their overall service and would recommend them to anyone needing a roofing company.

I had NWA Roofing replace the roof on my mothers home and they did a wonderful job. Larry and the crews are very knowledgeable and kept us informed throughout the process. They were priced very fair and they upgraded the attic ventilation for mom. The new roof looks great and the crews made sure they was no mess when they finished. NWA Roofing was the company that put a new roof on our house following hail and storm damage! The work they did was perfect! Improved the looks of our house a lot. And they did not leave any old roofing debris on the ground, did not find any roofing nails or tacks and it was just one of those good experiences. I was so glad I went with a local company like NWA because one of my neighbors went with some guys working the area after the storm and offering "special deals!" I called NWA roofing after sustaining damage from the recent tornado that we took a direct hit from. Our chimney stove pipe was dislodged from the roof leaving a basketball size hole. Enrique arrived just a few hours after the call....I was pleased to see quick response. He did a great job accessing the damage and developing a plan to get me fixed up ahead of the rain coming the next day. Enrique was very knowledgeable and a genuine nice guy. He treated my house like it was his own and finished the job exceeding my expectations!

I would not have NWA back on my roof. We purchased a home that NWA had redone the roof on a couple years before we bought the house and we have constantly had problems with the roof. Roof is 6 years old now and I reached out to them within their 5 year warranty. First it was the chimney leaking and they said it was a chimney problem after they came out and looked at it. Come to find out from another roofing company that fixed our problem was that the chimney was not flashed properly. Second, we have spots showing up in our ceiling that were not there the previous 40 years when the house was built. Third, when NWA put down new decking since the house had shake shingles before they did not remove the old slats and the new decking goes beyond the edge of the roof. Now the edge flashing isn’t flush with the roof edge creating gaps where wasps can enter the attic. This in combination of them leaving the old flashing in place is a constant bug problem. They have done nothing to make it right with us and kept sending out the same guy who won’t admit to his guys mistakes. We have had other roofing companies come out and confirm the poor quality job they did. I would give them zero stars if it were an option.

Larry was my point of contact throughout our "project" which was a total of 5 new roofs on our property after a bad wind and hail storm. He was great at keeping me informed about the work, timing and details of all the process. The team that worked on our roofs was knowledgeable and efficient and answered all our questions. They even found a few areas that needed new decking and replaced it without any issues. Overall, I would recommend this company and use them again.

During the process of selling our house, the home inspector noted some possible major issues with the roof. This caused us some panic as we didn't foresee that coming. I called the guys at NWA Roofing the next morning and asked them to look at it - they showed up that same day and took a look at it for free. They explained the problems and what needed to be fixed and help us relay an accurate description of the issues to our buyers. These guys were so great to work with and I can tell they're really great at their job. I would highly recommend them!

Update: These guys have jumped on it. Looks like it may be a downspout size issue. I really like the product, and you won't find better folks. Way to go NWA Roofing.NWA Roofing installed a stainless steel gutter guard on my existing gutters. It is a great product when installed correctly. It is supposed to be a "closed" system so no debris enters the gutters. When they were installed, several gaps were left, mainly on inside corners, that allow for debris to enter. I also don't believe that the gutters were cleaned out enough before installation. On one side of the house the gutters overflow. It's too high for me to reach to check. I am concerned now about the longevity of the gutter guards. If the whole system was not installed correctly, these will continue to cause problems.I love the guys at NWA Roofing, but this needs to be fixed. I am sure they are busy, but I have been quite patient. Once it's fixed correctly, I will modify the review.

NWA roofing was called to repair a leaking roof under a homeowners warranty. They came quickly and collected the $100 deductable. The roofer walked around on the roof and said he found the issue - he did not go into the attic to see where the leak was and as expected after they said they had made the repair the leak remained.

You have an owner that never knows anything but will get back to you but never does you have a general manager in Larry who is worse than a used car salesman so I would absolutely not recommend them at all but the guys who did the roof we're amazing so you can find them on the side absolutely would have them do your roof but avoid anybody in the office of NWA Roofing
