Colin and his team replaced our roof in October. Colin kept an eye on our roof for two plus years until he updated me on a damaging storm that came through. After showing me the damage he stated I needed to file a claim (many storms prior Colin came out and said there was nothing notable that an adjuster would deem as hail damage)His professional relationships with contractors, insurance companies, and product manufacturers made our experience smooth and stress free! It’s nice to know that while so many people are complaining about roofers and the lousy job they do that here’s a company that you can count on.From the first time they show up at your door explaining why you need a new roof till they leave after the job is done very professional and clean.They explain everything to you and even take care of all the paperwork and the final outcome is a new roof on my house that meets all expectation and it was done right the first time and quickly.

Ozark Exteriors performed our solar installation. During our initial meeting I informed Zach that prior to his arrival my front door was visited seven times in two weeks by 'fly-by-night' installation companies. But, he was different: He didn't have a pleading or pressing tone and he knows his product. After 30+ years in the IT industry I've seen my share of poor workmanship, so I did my research (Manta, Google, etc) on Ozark Exteriors before agreeing to continue my conversation with Zach (thanks for waiting Zach). Key points and reasons I'm now telling my co-workers and friends about Ozark Exteriors: 1) 'roofing company' and warrantied work, 2) locally owned, 3) follow-up with the customers that post here on social media, and 4) business history of the entrepreneurial owner. Following a review of our electric bill Zach met with us to show a 3D preview of our planned installation along with an estimate of our system output. Prior to endorsing our contract we asked for a slight change to our panel layout and Ozark Exteriors quickly made the plan changes as requested (kudos for customer first). We had a very slight shipping delay due to covid (not the fault of the business), but once all the equipment was on-site installation was performed professionally and promptly. Our electrical inspection passed the first time (awesome work Josh). The system is visually complimentary to our home: We maintained our curb appeal, which was top of our list. From sales, to financing, to contractor installation, we are very pleased with our system.

I used to have a 5 star review on here for Zach Thompson. I have been trying to have this company complete work on my roof since May of 2023. It is currently the end of October. None of the 3 technicians who were at my home will call me back. Now I have been calling the office everyday for 2 weeks and the owners Perry Sr and Perry Jr will not call me back. They have even stopped talking with their precious partner Ozark Solar because they asked about my case. Don't trust this company to do anything but provide lip service while doing nothing.

My mother used Ozark Exteriors for roof repair, repair damage to exterior of the home, repair/re-paint interior ceiling leak. Contract signed with Colin in May, 2022. Materials delivered and sat in the front yard for 9 weeks before anyone came to start the project. Multiple calls for scheduling updates were either ignored or the answer was "we're busy, but we'll get to you." In September, the roof was removed and several pieces of decking replaced, roof was installed and promises made to return to complete the remainder of the job. During the replacement, the vent pipe for the HVAC unit was disconnected, leaving it to vent into the attic. Just "forgot" to re-connect.By sheer luck, the gas company needed to move the meter that had been in her yard for almost 50 years and when they came out, they discovered the vent pipe issue. The Carbon Monoxide had been venting into the attic for weeks because Ozark didn't re-install the piping, even though they replaced the vent cap on the roof. By the Grace of God neither my mother or grandmother got hurt or worse by the blatant disregard for customer safety. When this was brought to Ozark's attention, they denied the fault several times until finally they realized that their people had in fact disassembled the pipe and didn't re-assemble. Even then, Ozark said mom "shouldn't have let them do it". If only they had some sort of checklist that they could use to make sure the job was done right and safely.The interior was promised but never completed. The last communication was in Oct to come and finish it. Four days ago, Perry sited "several cancellations" as the reason that they decided on Feb 6th to just remove that from the invoice and request the final payment by made. The first "cancellation" was after Colin calling and saying I'll be there in 30 min. No prior scheduling. The second was due to a medical procedure that she had to have. Not like she just overslept.They seem to be very attentive when they get you to sign a contract. It's the actual completion of the work that seems to get in the way. When customers have questions, answering them completely and truthfully, following up, completing jobs correctly and safely are all part of customer service, which is really what a sales/service company wants to hang their hat on for success.Showing disdain, contempt and providing false hope coupled with lies is not the way to build a successful customer base. Perry Turnbull was the general contractor for my job. I signed our contract in the middle of June of 2022. First week of August the new roof was installed. No complaints on that part. Two small leaks did appear afterwards but we have a unique property and they came and fix the leaks promptly. The rest of the contract has been a disaster. The amount of blatant lies and missed timelines is comical and childish. I did pay in full for the entire project when the roof was completed. However, the gutter install (done incorrectly) took months of myself calling and asking when it would be finish. Now that gutters are up, they didn't repair a fascia board before installing the gutters and they put gutters up over our house numbers. Which was communicated not to do. Lastly, we have a section of our house that was contracted to have new siding on and painted to match the fascia board but zero progress has been made on that project. Plenty of lies have been told and Perry himself has commented on how embarrassed he is, yet he continues the cycle of not communicating and missing deadlines that he sets. I'm most disappointed in myself for trusting Perry enough to sign his contract that only penalizes me and for paying the full amount for the project without the work being completed. Please learn from my lesson and don't sign anything or pay for anything but material costs up front. We are past 5 months since the contract was signed and 3 months PAST the initial completion date.Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

I am not a customer but I was a subcontractors on a job for ozark exterior. I did a full replacement gutter job in nwa for ozark back in May of last year and I still have not gotten paid for it. I have called there office and 2 phone numbers I have for there employees and left messages probably a thousand times and still have not got a call back and There office address brings u to a storage building. So if ur a subcontractors beware.

OMG! The lack of communication between these guys & the technicians that come to the house is surprising. We were told some things that were completely false and then were told we never talked about those things. If you have basic construction knowledge, be prepared to be disappointed with the finished product.
