Quality Assurance Roofing was as good as one can be. They did a fantastic job and I was very please. I had a Reverse Mortgage so we had a little trouble getting the money at a reasonable time. But Quality was as understanding as they could be. I can't say enough about the work that was accomplished. I have been a Real Estate Agent for 30 years and if anyone knows good work Agents do. They stand behind their work, all of it including the clean up which is important to me. It is very rare to find a company so focused on quality and making sure your customers are completely satisfied. I am extremely thrilled with you , your workers , and your company.I was overwhelmed after the hail storm with roofing companies stopping by to get my business . I had almost 6 a week for several weeks. My roof is massive and very steep . It also had a high dollar shingle, so everyone wanted the job. I looked at Certaintee’s website and did a dealer search. I wanted to get the best warranty for my roof so I would have zero future worries. In the top of the search was Quality Assurance roofing. I had learned long ago from a failed roof not to go with “Storm Chasers’. I had grown tired of the whole dishonest and fraudulent fly by night roofers schemes. I just wanted to get the best roof I could . When you showed up I was amazed how you had everything broken down to the last nail. You found things that needed replaced that all the other companies missed or just didn’t want to do as to save money at my expense. You were extremely professional. Most of all , throughout the process you kept your word on everything. It is very rare to see anyone keep verbal agreements. I thank you for being a man of such integrity .I was amazed to watch your roofers work so hard , especially during a heat wave. Even with the heat , your roofers kept a keen eye on details and did an amazing job. My roof was 70 squares of very heavy designer IR shingles, which had to be hand carried without a lift due to how steep my roof is. If your roofers found a problem or something that could be a problem, they fixed it. My roof is absolutely beautiful and I sleep well knowing I have a roof that was installed with such attention to details .I also have the best warranty offered .I also notice how you treat your employees. It is very nice to see employees being treated well and their safety as such a big priority . I watched you bring them boxes of pizza and always made sure they hydrated. What a great group of hard working men. I know they went above and beyond for me. From the time they started to clean up , they always were considerate of my property and did an excellent job.I also wanted to thank you for fixing things that weren’t even in our contract or agreement. I appreciate you sending a carpenter out to repair a nail pop in my drywall and to replace, caulk , and paint a rotted cedar board that was damaged. You carpenter did an amazing job on his tasks. I cant tell you how happy I was to see such a great job on the window trim board. He also was very considerate of my property and did a perfect job.Lastly I want to thank you for getting my two neighbors insurance companies to cover their roofs. We experienced some hail damage in Bella Vista and called Quality Assurance Roofing. Anthony and Nathan were VERY fast to respond, within an hour. They were at my door the next day with a full free inspection of my roof and guided me through the process of filing an insurance claim with my Insurance provider. It's a little overwhelming task with everything that's involved in the process, but the team at Quality Assurance kept me cool, and walked me through every single step of the way.Once we were in agreement with the insurance company and Quality Assurance, they were lightening fast at helping me and my wife select a new roof that looks amazing! New guttering and everything. The roofers that came to our house were professional, cleaned up afterwards great, and put a new roof on in about 18 hours.Anthony and his team were in touch with me every step of the way while the roof was being installed, and have done an amazing job making sure that every detail was paid attention to. One minor thing we didn't care for, and they were there to change it to our liking right away.Our house looks better than it did when it was new! We were very lucky to have Quality Assurance Roofing contact us about replacing our storm damaged roof. We had a bad experience, with another company, that was very frustrating. Cooper Loveland and Kevin Dunigan were so easy to work with. They took the time to meet me, at my place of business, to go over my estimate. They were always on time, which is very tough to find in this day and age. Cooper and Kevin were quick to answer any questions, via call or text. They both made periodic stops, throughout the installation process, to make sure things were being completed accurately and on time. Because of my schedule, I had my wife get estimates from several roofing companies for us to make the best decision from. From start to finish, Anthony and team did a fantastic job on our roof.We have a challenging brick color and it took us a bit to pick out the right shingle color. But Anthony had suggestions and was helpful and patient all along the way.Their/our finished roof is above and beyond any others I've seen. From the finishing touches on the roof exhaust pipes/venting, the higher quality roofing materials, the amazing job the install team did, and the cleanup, it was an excellent experience overall. My roof got destroyed during the tornado and I immediately called Anthony at Quality Assurance. They came out and put some sheeting in place so there would be no leaks and by the next week they were putting shingles in place. The workers were very polite and worked everyday from 7:00 to 6:00 pm to get the job done quickly. After each day they would pick up all the trash and remove nails from the driveway. I was very impressed with their work and I would use Quality Assurance roofing again if needed. The price was reasonable when compared to other roofing companies.

Without the help of Quality Assurance Roofing, we would be stuck with a damaged roof. The first insurance adjuster to visit told us that our roof was in "very good condition". Months later we called Quality Assurance to look at some trouble with our roof. Anthony said our roof had considerable damage and it needed to be replaced. Michael made sure he was present when the next adjuster came to look at our roof. After he pointed out several issues to the adjuster it was agreed we needed a new roof and gutters due to storm damage. Both the roofing and gutter crews worked hard to get the job done right. Although tearing off the old roofing was a dirty job the site was cleaned up every night before they left. The end result is a great looking roof and gutters. Thank you Anthony, Michael and crews.
