We had Royal windows replace our bay window in our home in Hot Springs Village . They did an excellent job. On time and everything was spotless when they left. Well since we had such a wonderful experience , we decided to have them replace all the windows in our home in Louisiana. They did a fablous job. Windows look great.Installer were excellent and everything was done as expected. We would definitely recommend Royal Windows. They are an Arkansas company located right down the road in Royal Arkansas. If you need windows you will be very happy if you call this company. They were recommended by one of our neighbors and they were everything they claimed. Love my new windows!!!!

Royal's salesman was very knowledgeable and pleasant. Preston the installer was a soft spoken gentleman who was enjoyable to work with. Preston could have done the 13 windows in one day but if you know Mississippi's summers, it is very hot and muggy. We had a couple of screens that were damaged on arrival and Royal had them fixed in less than 2 weeks. Very satisfied.Service: Pre-made windows

I had great job bone on my home from the sales person to the clean up guy at the end. The windows where done in two days by a father and son team that worked like well oiled machine. When they left the only way you knew the had been here was the new perfectly hung windows. The roof came next material delivered one day crew here the next. They worked daylight till dark everyday till they where done. The yard drive way everything clean.Tiger stayed in touch with me throughout the whole project. I had several bids I am glad I made the right choice! I would do it again in a heart beet. I spend more time in my driveway talking to people about my job, than I do setting on my porch drinking tea.

Not installed to manufacturers specs. Sorry customer service. After sealant was smeared on top of the siding to seal roof flashing, I asked the general manager to come take a look. He told me it was not an A grade job but my home wasn't either! Have standing water on my roof and water that runs out from under the decra shake xd roofing that was installed. There was almost no prep work done. (Roof decking wasnt level over an addition.) They promise to warranty everything. However you will never get anything in writing about a warranty. I can assure you that dealing with this company will be a ROYAL pain. If you try to hold payment until the job is correct, they dont care they will immediately file a lien against your home. If you want a roof slapped on your home and sorry customer service this is the place. Ive been waiting for 3 months for this to be fixed and nothing absolutely nothing. They even told the BBB they didn't understand why I was upset. I was lied to is only one reason.

We are a church in SE Missouri during installation of window replacement, the installers damaged 5 screens and 1 window. We have tried for over a year to get a remedy but are just given excuses. It is obvious they don't value our business or any future business they may have received. Save yourself some time and a headache! Find someone locally. This my second time using this company and I’ll say the last. The first time went rather smoothly with the windows so I decided to give let them do the remainder of the house. Received an estimate on 3-22-22. Signed contract on 4-5-22. It’s March 2023 and the windows are just being installed. It’s taken them 3 days to install a total of 8 windows. The general mgr doesn’t care and justifies the bad service. It’s been excuse after excuse. From Covid, death in the family, sick employees. I’ve been very patient but enough is enough. Try window world, anybody but royal windows!Service: Custom windows

In 2016 I wasted over 15k dollars on replacement windows, three patio doors, and partial rain gutters for the front and rain gutters for the patio. The windows and patio doors installed when the house was built in 1986 were by far, better than what I wasted 15k for.All three Patio doors did not seal properly with dirt, bugs, and pine needles on the inside track daily. Their answer to fix that was 1-inch squares of styrofoam that started in place about a month. The problem still exists. All three patio doors didn’t lock when installed and they still won’t. One patio door retained water on the inside track when it rained. They did fix it by making the drainage hole bigger.The rain gutter connection installed on the corner was installed incorrectly. That when it rained the water flowed between the gutter and soffit. When it rained the water flowed between the gutter and the soffit eventually rotting the soffit plywood. They sent out two installers and they said it was the shingles causing the rot. When they sent out there expert he said the same thing. It was When I got my homeowners insurance rep involved that they admitted it was installed wrong, and fixed it.In the winter you can feel the cold air coming through the patio track and frame of the patio door in the dining room. The windows throughout the house have a 5-15 degrees difference between the frame of the windows and the window closures. I use a portable heater in the dining room in the winter, because the temperature difference is drastic.Royal Windows sells shoddy products, and stand behind its products.Services: Window installation, Custom windows

Was sold a dream was told they would fix anything that fell off or blown off since it's "wind proof". Over a year still haven't had roof panels fixed contacted them over 5 times about issue was given run around till today when told they don't fix wind damage. Also had about 15% of the back side siding just fall off one day waited over 3 months for them to come out to even look at it ,decided I can hang it back up myself fixed it myself to avoid there services. Will never use them again will be reporting them to the BBB. I recommend you shop around there not worth the headache. I'll say it loud so people won't get what I got DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!Service: Remodeling

I must redo my last statement about this company. I judged them way to fast.The workers were outstanding and knew what they were doing. Took them only 5 days to tear off old siding and put the new siding up. They did all the facial boards and everything. No wood is showings now. I would very much highly recommend them to anyone looking to reside there house. They are very professional at what they do.

We purchased a roof on 7/3/2019. It is now 9/12/2019. We were told we would have a roof in four to six weeks. Well, still no roof. I have called several times and get passed around or get told someone will call me back. No call backs come. Our financing was approved in July. So, that is not the issue. We are seriously thinking about cancelling the order and find someone that will put our roof on. Also, they sent a second man out to double check the measurements and told us we would have the roof in ten days. Well, that was three weeks ago. We just want the roof we ordered. Very bad customer service!Update: Got our roof today. They did a beautiful job. Very hard workers. Did not leave any mess. The office staff could learn a lot from these guys. Now we wait for our gutter.

The window crew were amazingly hard workers that had a eye for details. The siding crew also hard workers with a equal eye for their job. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! My husband built our home and I’ve worked in insurance for 23 years with 12 of that in homeowners claims so both of us are very educated in the building process, with that said, we were looking to put a large tempered glass window in our dining room, specifically 9’ x 3’. We asked legitimate questions that all homeowners should ask but the salesperson, some other guy and the GM of Royal Windows only wanted to dance around the subject with no real answers and continued to say, our questions were insulting. If a contractor won’t answer your direct questions, it’s potentially because they don’t know the answer or they don’t want you to know the answer. And after looking at all these bad reviews for this business, I will never use nor recommend Royal Windows but looks like everyone else has figured this out for themselves.
