I'm not a roofer but even I can tell that my roof isn't done correctly. The roof shouldnt sag like that. Also invoice included new gutter and gutter guard. They just tried to bend back the old gutter and left it hanging. Called and left msg requesting team come back to fix it correctly and got invoice instead. See pic below. Won't be paying invoice till this work is completed correctly.Service: Roof repair

I rarely write reviews like this; however, I was so impressed by the support and service provided by AQ Roofing, I felt compelled to do so. After discovering the multiple shortcuts taken by the builder of my home, I reached out to AQ Roofing for a roof inspection. Jeremy inspected my roof, took photos of the areas he recommended to repair, and offered a quote for the repairs. Thereafter, Jeremy was able to promptly schedule my roof repair (within 4 days of inspection). Jeremy, as well as his crew, were professional, responsive to my questions, and were able to complete the necessary roof repairs in a couple of hours. Their extraordinary commitment to excellence in customer service, professionalism, and support should be held up as an example for others to try to emulate. Excellent job done by AQ Roofing. Jeremy A. did a very good job of managing the project from initial inspection and quote to the end of the project. Had multiple quotes from other roofing companies in the NLR/Sherwood area, but went with AQ as they had the best quote and best value for the buck on what was included. Very happy with my roof. I have worked with Jeremy to roof our vacation rental house in Petit Jean Mountain. I was very impressed by the job and excellent customer service that we are called on Jeremy to quote our primary home. You will not be disappointed by this company. Jeremy is polite, friendly and always does just what he says he will do. Had one call about paperwork but 6 months later no word from them. I can no longer suggest this company based on their current customer service.

I'm satisfied with the work performed by AQ Roofing company . They were very professional and courteous ,a detailed description and attention was given to all areas of my roof, with leaks and storm damage. This was all verified and photographed upon inspection and while repairs were being performed. I highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs. We needed an inspection and Jeremy was very helpful, knowledgeable, and honest. He helped us take pics of our roof and even showed us evidence that our roof is still new. The chalk line and plastic wrap were still there. He also said that since AR got hit by 16" of snow, his company now only builds roofs that can deal with at least 16" of snow.

I contacted AQ Roofing to come look at our leaky gutters and siding/soffit repairs. I was immediately contacted back and within 24 hours Jeremy was out to inspect our house to see if he could help us. He brought out his crew experts to measure and give suggestions on what was needed to be done. I was written up a quote to fix our problem areas the next day, the prices were very competitive. After we agreed to go ahead with our quote of repairing our siding/soffits and replacing our gutters, I was given a time estimate of 2 weeks. I was contacted earlier by Jeremy and told that they could start early on our home. Jeremy was very responsive to us, he called me to inform me of every step of the process, and his crew was very professional and went above and beyond on our projects. They weren't sure if they could get the paint matched on our siding repair, but it was matched perfectly. We were headed out of town when they were working on our home, but Jeremy stayed in contact with us and made sure we were satisfied with the projects, he never asked for any payments even though we were gone for over a week. When my mother asked me to find someone to repair damage to her carport caused by a severe storm I was worried because I no nothing about handy work myself. The gutter was completely stripped; the supportive fascia was rotted; shingle were missing and damaged on the roof; it was a disaster. I had a friend recommend AQ Roofing and they came the same to I called to give an estimate. And again, knowing nothing myself, Marcos sold me with his sincerity and professionalism. They were at the house five days later, completed the project in one day, and it looks brand new - fantastic. My mother wants to get an entire new roof this summer and we will definitely be re-hiring them!!!
