David Von Luckner was the contractor that handled our roof replacement. I would highly recommend him for anyone needing their roof replaced or repaired. He made sure he was present for all insurance inspections and kept is informed along the way. David was extremely responsive to all our questions or concerns regarding the process. Once the project was complete he did a walk thru with us and made sure everything was properly installed and the area was free of all trash and debris. David and his team made this a positive experience for us and if we ever have to have our roof repaired or replaced again we already know who we are using.

Impressive work, but very inconsiderate of personal property. Workers left huge dump trailer in driveway for two days & on Thanksgiving Day after the work was complete the day before. They used my retaining wall block as wheel chocks and my personal trash can for their trash without permission at the least.

Great company to work with. Mr. Thomas Lord was our salesperson that we used. Mr. Lord left a door hanger and a business card on our door. I called Mr. Lord, and he came out and inspected our house and gave us some quotes on a 30-year shingle, 50-year shingle, and two kinds of medal roofs. We went with the 50-year shingle. It was installed in one day that included a great clean-up after installation.

I am thrilled with the installation of my new roof by Tarrant Roofing. Damaged by the tornado in March, the original claim resulted in coverage of only half my roof. At the suggestion of Mike Terry of Tarrant, it was resubmitted to my insurance by his company resulting in coverage of the whole roof and other damage. Mike oversaw the entire project. He is a true professional and went above and beyond.

We recently had a gentleman do an inspection on both our house and shop roof for damage. Even though we didn’t end up needing a new roof, I was so impressed with the customer service provided. (I believe his name was Kyle Long?). He was so friendly and knowledgeable.. I really appreciated how informed he was and made us feel. It’s not often I feel the need to make review like this, but a lasting impression was made. We will definitely be calling Tarrant for future needs.

They came out to do a free inspection. Very professional and honest. Special shout-out to Dennis Hunt for his service. They ended up telling me that I did not have enough damage to replace my roof and even checked on another unrelated issue while up there. Great job!

We had kyle Long come by and take a look at our roof. We thought we may need to have it replaced due to some bad weather that had come through. Kyle showed up on time for the appointment thoroughly looked over our roof and check for any damage. He was very patient and professional when answering any questions we had. Although we did not need to have our roof replaced at this time we will definitely give Tarrant roofing a call when it is time because of Kyle.
