My husband & I have had a great experience working with Burnett Home Improvement on selecting new front doors. Jeff Hannah (Project Consultant) came to our home & shared all of the options with us. We were able to customize the doors to match our vision. Jeff was very knowledgeable, great to work with & really made us feel good about our purchase decision. We also would like to recognize Emmanuel Diaz(Project Manager) who came out to do the final measuring & review every detail of our order. He was very professional & friendly. We can’t wait until our new doors are ready for installation.

My experience with the professionals at Burnett Home Improvement was exceptional from start to finish. My project consultant, Jeff, was knowledgeable, family oriented and honest throughout the entire process to ensure I had the best experience for the best value. He worked to provide the best deal that fit my home, needs for my family and my pocket. During the installment process the team selected was friendly (important to my young son and dog), clean and efficient to knock out my 19 window project in just two days. I have a mid 1900s home that was cared for as if it was a new build. Jeff stayed connected during, and after, the project which made my family feel like more than just a customer. I was even paid a visit by Shawn Donahue who showed incredible appreciation for my business and pride for the work of his team. I interviewed with numerous vendors, including Anderson’s, before deciding to go with the professionals at Burnetts Home Improvement and have been beyond satisfied with my decision. I’m very much a DIYer that takes immense pride in my home and I would always trust this great company to tackle the projects out of my skill set. I will be relying on Burnetts Home Improvement, in the future, to close in my wanted sun room and complete renovations to an old bathroom. We replaced all 20 of our vinyl windows with Marvin Infinity replacement windows, and we couldn’t be happier. Jeff Hannah, our project consultant, was very knowledgeable in helping us choose the right product and design. He followed up at each stage and has been a great resource for other aspects of our exterior remodel. Angela is always friendly and timely in scheduling our appointments. Highly recommend!

We couldn't be more pleased with our experience working with the with entire Burnett organization, they understand what it takes to earn your trust and deliver on their commitments. Our local Sales Rep Jeff was knowledgeable and responsive from start to finish. We replaced all of the windows in our home, including modification of some of the sizes, which included resizing some of the openings. The installation team was considerate, professional and careful. The cost of the project was very reasonable (especially compared to another quote we received from a well known national company). We are very happy with the results and highly recommend Jeff and Burnett organization for window replacement. Burnett Home Improvement truly improved our 1940’s home! They came out and gave a professional estimate, we went into their office and saw options in person and signed on to purchase windows from them. We went with a Marvin brand. Windows were delivered when they expected and they kept us posted along the way. Called us with installation dates and arrived on time. The installers explained what they were going to do, covered our furniture and parts of flooring, worked tirelessly all day, cleaned up so well that the only trace that they had been there was our shiny new windows! Clean inside and outside. Even my neighbors commented on what good work they did. Day two they arrived when they said they would and it was a repeat of day one. Just great! They even went the extra mile to hang our window covering brackets, even though we were the ones responsible for that. We are so pleased with the entire project.
