We have always been pleased with Rob, Dylan and Terri! Their Family does an amazing job! Very professional, Very helpful with questions and very punctual. Will use again and again. Most recently had a tier three hurricane grade and hail resistant roof put on and its amazing. Even when we had trouble with an inspector they came out and did a quick double check to make sure everything was kosher! Seriously, cannot recommend enough! Rob and his crew were fantastic. We had some delays from the manufacturer on our shingles, but, Rob kept us well informed. Once the shingles were in, he promptly set up the repair date. Sent a great crew. They were polite and friendly to me and my family. They worked HARD. Clean up was fantastic. Rob had 2 team members that routinely came out to check on the work. I'd hire this company in a heart beat. Rob worked my insurance quote to give me the absolute best price and materials for the money. You won't be disappointed if you hire Element Roofing.

Element replaced my roof after a hail storm in 2022. We are very pleased with their work. They take a lot of stress out of getting a roof replaced. I contacted Element Roofing of NWA and ask if they could re-roof my house and shop building. Teri, wife and CEO, told me that they would love to but when I ask if they could put me ahead of their existing commitments, she declined because "it would be fair to their other clients". I agreed and should not have ask. I respect a business that is based on honesty and morals. This is a Family Business with Father, Mother and Son heading the close net team of professional business people. Even though they couldn't meet my short time frame, I feel they were dedicated to treating everyone fairly. It was a pleasure to meet Teri.
