JAD Homes replaced our roof and steeple at Holiday Island Presbyterian Church. I would like to share our experience working with this company.Firstly, they helped choose the roof tiles that look the best with our building, in addition to getting the top rated tiles on our roof. Every member commented on how nicely the colors looked with the building and landscaping.Secondly, we had a steeple issue. Hail and time had taken a toll on our steeple. JAD homes searched and found a company several states away to build and ship a new steeple with the correct weight and measurement specifications for our roof. This involved a lot of coordinating with the crane operator to remove and then replace the new steeple along with additional manpower. In addition, they reinstalled the lighting for the steeple at night.As with any roof work, additional weight and pounding on the roof may cause internal damage to the ceiling. JAD Homes brought in two painters/carpenters to repair, replace and paint the ceiling and walls. Our sanctuary and foyer look lovely after the repairs.Jordan, my liaison, always responded and returned calls with answers to all our questions and concerns. A tremendous amount of extra work went into installing our new steeple, for which we are so grateful. We were extremely pleased with the work this company did to update our church, both interior and exterior. We appreciate their dedication to seeing a job well done. I would recommend this company without hesitation.

I just used these guys to redo my roof. They were amazing to work with. They did a complete tear off of the old shingles and replaced some decking and a truss and also added more venting in my roof because my house is old and didnt have enough venting. There were no surprises in cost they kept me in the loop of what needed to be done and got approval first for the go ahead. Jordan was truly amazing to work with. He overseen the whole thing and inspected multiple times to make sure it was getting done right. I will use them again hands down in the future for any roofing needs and recommend them to anyone needing any roof work as well.

I would highly recommend this company for any or all home improvement needs. Jordan was absolutely amazing to work with. He took the time to really hear all of our needs and made sure we were completely satisfied when the work was done. He was very easy to communicate with any time I had any questions We had a big job as we needed our entire roof replaced along with many rotted soffit and facia pieces as well as guttering. The workers did an amazing job! They showed up at 5:30 in the morning and didn’t leave till 930 at night making sure they completed it in a day. Jordan, was the Clearwater rep that took care of us. He worked with our insurance company and got them to cover the cost of the replacement. I really don't think they would have done it with us working directly with them. Clearwater's tear off and installation crew was wonderful. they showed up, did their work, cleaned up after they were finished and left our place in great condition. We live in Springdale AR and our roof finally needed repair from hail damage. We built and have lived in our home for almost 20 years. We h e never had to do such repairs on our home we treasure. The whole process can be daunting from the insurance side to finding a company we trust to provide quality work without hassle.
