Help!!!!!! My center pillar for my double garage doors has slid out of position, and I could not force it back into the correct place. After reading all the positive reviews for JMI Construction, I decided to give Noah a call. He promptly scheduled a visit Monday morning for an inspection of my problem, explained in detail what needed done, then advised he would work me in as soon as possible. Lo and behold, at 2:30 he was back with a crew that he temporarily pulled from another job, and quickly resolved my issue. He and the crew even stayed and made adjustments to my garage doors to confirm everything worked properly. Noah and team did a fantastic job replacing my roof. I had some wind damage and a single fell off. Called a few roofers and no one could help me. I got ahold of JMI and Noah came out right away and patched the missing shingle and while doing so he noticed hail damage and was able to work well with my insurance and was able to get the whole roof replaced and all the gutters as well. Within a week they started and did a great good. Quality roof. We just have another storm come through recently and my neighbors lost a lot of their roof shingles and fences but mine was perfectly fine. Shows the quality of work Noah and team did. Noah is very responsive and always available anytime i needed his help. I had very good experience with JMI Contruction Group. Noah is very good communicator. He asked me, is your pipe been repaired before, I said yes. if you keep repair again and it will leak another area. The best thing to do is to replace a new pipe. Kwan over heard me saying that I have to go to Lowe to buy a new toilet fill valve. He said he have to buy a rake for his work. He asked me to go with him. Kwan go above and beyond his expectation. We discovered old roof damage on our custom garden shed. Most roofers didn't return our call or told us they would get to us in 4 months. Noah came right by, gave us a good estimate, and gave us copies of his certifications and registration. They worked us in between roofing jobs and his crew was respectful of our property and flowers. From the time I spoke with JMI’s office assistant Susan, met with the owner Noah, who clearly explained the contract and figures, and the crew who took off the old and put on the new roof in just 1&1/2 days; everything was done very professionally. The crew was on time, worked very hard and was even more neat when they left. Both at EOD and before leaving the next day, they took a huge magnet making sure no nails were left on the grounds and driveway.IN ADDITION, I had just previously hired Noah and his team to power clean, repair a number of boards and hand rails on my decks and paint the same. Noah and JM Roofing were excellent to work with. Nosh was professional and responsive and all of the crew members were courteous and prompt. They finished the entire job in two days; others said it would take 5 days to a week. In addition, , they did an excellent job of cleaning up behind themselves. They even came back unsolicited to clean the street in front of our house where one of their trucks left a small oil spot. We had not noticed it until they came back the day after they finished to let us know they were there to clean it up. They were the best value for the quality. They used top grade materials with a 30 year warranty. I highly recommend Noah at JM Roofing.

Noah and Susan stayed with us until the insurance company reimburses us for a 100% roof repair. Initially the insurance company only wanted to repair 50%, the winward side. Noah a licensed inspector & Susan a uper great office manager stayed on task with us until a second insurance inspection saw the same damage Noah had always seen. This whole process took 4 months. In addition they installed a roof over the porch area in place of a canvas awning. The JMI carpenters and roofers were all very friendly and courteous They were very carefully during final clean up and it was spotless when they left. There were a few logistical problems, not anyone’s fault, But Christena in admin was helpful any time an issue came up. Very well coordinated and great work. They have a good team and staff.
