The below is my experience and my mother's experience with Pruden RoofingAfter the last hail storm State Farm said they would cover a new roof on my house. My agency gave me several roofer's contact info and I called Pruden do the job. I paid them around 2,000.00 above what the insurance paid to upgrade the shingles.One year later, I had a waterfall type leak in my kitchen. Originally, when they did the job, they told me that my skylights were good and they replaced the flashing. Surprisingly, none of which was true. In their attempt to make it right, they ordered new custom skylights which I didn't pay for because I thought they should have done that when they did the roof and the skylights were not caulked and debris even blew in from outside. We had numerous no shows from Pruden including incorrect materials being ordered. They came back to fix the skylights and again said they put new flashing. I did not have their work inspected until I discovered I had a slow leak which I discovered 2 years later. Another roofer said the flashing was never replaced.He replaced it for around 580$. The inside damage from the slow leak that went on for 3 years total is considerable. Debris are still blowing in from one skylight. Certainly not Prudent!

We contracted Pruden to roof, do gutters, and vented soffit early May.They did not complete job until end of September. The worst experience I have had with someone working on my property. They subbed the whole job out, no work done in house. Their sub's just show up whenever, no call's, no documentation on vehicles, as far as I could tell no supervision from Pruden at all. The job was of poor quality. No clean up, nails all over the yard. I had to ask for clean up, three guy's show up with an 8" magnet and looked for 10 minutes. Their supplier (Rideout) and their sub that roofed the house, both ran over my flower boxes and did not offer to repair. The gutter and soffit guy trampled my flowers in front of my house. I could go on but I would not use Pruden Construction to roof a dog house.Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation, Attic venting installation

We had hail damage to our roof last year. After the adjuster came, I called Sarah at Pruden Construction & Roofing for a bid. They came out quickly, examined the damage and found a few things that the adjuster had not. Sarah worked with the insurance company to make sure that the roof was fixed appropriately. After the initial contact with the insurance, I never had to deal with them because Sarah took care of it. Their team was very professional and communicated with me every step of the way. When the job was finished, we found no debris in our yard. Their team was so courteous, on time and they worked late to finish the job ASAP. We wanted to add gutter guards to our renovation and Sarah coordinated to get that done at a reasonable price in addition to our estimate. I would recommend Pruden Construction & Roofing to anyone who wants the job done right. I can see why they have been in business so long!
