The cleaning team that came into our home following an attic fire with smoke and soot infiltration in our home was amazing!! Yesenia, Karla, Luz and Scarlen were professional and thorough with great attention to detail. Extremely happy with their work. My home sparkles with absolutely no smoke smell remaining. Thank you!!I failed to get the names of the two gentleman that removed the insulation from our attic. They worked tirelessly and were very professional, as well. We had a pipe burst on Wednesday . Called them with in minutes of it happening. They sent a guy. Nice guy. He said due to volume we may not be able to come today but tomorrow or max by Friday morning, we should be able to get it done! We waited - Got calls form the company to verify my address like twice in these two days and when asked they had no cluse when someone would be there ! They had the time to call and continue VERIFYING things when their team member had already come and checked it a day before ! We understand life happens and waited for like a week for them only to be told they won't be able to cover it. If they had told me earlier , I would have had someone else lookinto it. So if they arent able to get to you in a day ... PLEASE MOVE ON TO NEXT COMPANY.

I've been an insurance agent for 4 years now. I cannot even recall all the jobs ServiceMaster have worked for me.One in particular though: It was about 4pm and a client called with serious water damage from a (now thawed) frozen pipe. Lots of people had the same issue. All the companies were super busy. I called ServiceMaster. They assured they would reach out to the customer right away, but probably would not get to him that evening. I said that was fine. Not only did they contact the customer. The owner drove to the home around 7pm and shook my clients hand and assured him what the plan would be as soon as they could get there the next day. That's superior. All I needed was a call. They did so so much more. Save yourself a headache and use ServiceMaster.
