Our water heater started leaking out of nowhere yesterday and Jason was there to help immediately. He was mindful of our pets and fixed the problem until he could come back the next day with a new water heater. He brought Nate along with him today and they did a fantastic and quick job getting everything fixed and replaced.Amazing job and super kind people!

We used Trade Pro Plumbing for a Master Bathroom remodel. Toilet and shower were moved which entailed jackhammering concrete, digging out mud to relay pipes and then putting down cement. Trade Pro did all that, installed all plumbing hardware and a new tankless water heater. The lead plumber was Jason Eldridge and he did a fantastic job. Showed up when he was supposed to, kept us informed on what was going on, it all turned out great. Jackie gave us a bid at the beginning and although there may have been more work done due to unforeseen circumstances the original bid is what we paid.

I can’t say enough about Trade Pro Plumbing. I’ve been chasing a problem in our home for almost 2 years. I’ve tried several plumbing companies. Just moved into our house in Springdale when a toilet tank shutoff valve froze open. Jason and Batson arrived first thing the next morning and had it replaced within an hour. Polite, efficient and friendly. The work was well done and they cleaned up afterward. We will use Trade Pro plumbers again!

Jennifer in the office was great, scheduled my call the next day, and called back to confirm. Trey and Gabriel came out, I explained the situation, they checked the issue, explained resolution well, completed the work, gave me a preventative schedule to ensure that same problem will not happen again, and gave advice on an additional item that I will schedule with them in the future. I've used Trade Pro for both a new roof and for fixing a water leak in my yard. Each time it was a smooth and easy experience, with great communication and fast service. We had a clogged kitchen drain that we assumed had to do with the cold weather. Thinking that most plumbers would be busy fixing burst pipes I did think we’d get it repaired any time soon. A call to Trade Pro had Jason stop by and fix it the same day. He was professional and polite. He was able to get it fixed quickly! We are thankful to have it fixed.

5 STARS and if I could add more I would!!! We had roof damage, which caused part of our ceiling in our living room to collapse, leaving wet insulation and drywall to rest on our carpeted stairs and hardwood floors for hours. I had tried to contact several contractors to come give us an estimate for insurance purposes and just couldn't get a response from anyone. After several days, my sister recommended Mark with Trade Pro whom she met through a local networking group (BNI) of which she is a member. A business cannot be a member of BNI without first having high recommendations so I gave him a call. I was greeted with a warm voice and helpful attitude immediately. He came out the next day and went over everything that needed to be done. He was knowledgeable and professional. I was so relieved to hear he could even work with our insurance company on our behalf. With a full time job and 4 kids, I have little time for the back and forth with insurance so this was a huge blessing! I was of course leery because I have been burned by other contractors, but he assured me I was in good hands and he stayed true to that promise. He was on top of things from start to finish, making sure I was happy with everything as he went. In one instance the newly installed carpet did not match the existing as well as I would have liked, and he immediately had new carpet samples brought out to my house for me to choose, and even offered for one of his laborers to meet me at the carpet store to help me make a choice if those samples were not satisfactory. The end result was a new roof, newly refinished hardwood on our entire main floor (we had pre-existing hardwood that had suffered water damage in some places), new carpet (that I love) on our stairs also where a portion was damaged from water. I am beyond satisfied with Mark and his team! They were all respectful of my home, on time and professional. I cannot be happier with the service we received and my home feels like a whole new place. The work and customer service provided by Mark Mason and his team at Trade Pros Construction is above and beyond and I will recommend him to anyone! The photos show 2 before photos where the damage was at the base of the stairs ceiling/floor and that 3rd photo is the beautiful after :-) Thank you so much!

I would highly recommend Trade Pro for any plumbing needs! Tray and Jason were at our house within an hour. They were able to diagnose and resolve our backed up line the same morning, as well as provide information, materials, and recommendations for long-term solutions. We had a plumber out in July to re-seat a toilet and to snake our pipes for $395 because something is backing up the system somewhere. The toilet is currently gushing to the point of flooding the bathroom instead of the previous smaller leak that was slowly bubbling out with usage. They came back out before the holiday at the cost of $123 for doing nothing except saying it’s a septic issue. We had our lateral lines vacuumed and the tank pumped prior to their visit. I don’t mind paying skilled workers for their skill and would definitely pay to be able to use the restroom! I can’t speak to their other services, but I expect at least a thorough inspection and estimate of costs to adequately address obvious plumbing issues when I call a plumber. I don’t care if it costs thousands to fix correctly. I do care about spending $500 to be in worse shape than before I called.

We woke up to no hot water. With a busy family and household, this felt like it was going to be the start to a rough day. I called Trade Pro, and they had Scott and an assistant at the house that morning. Scott explained the age of the water heater and showed me what was wrong with it. We had a new water heater installed (and up to code) by early afternoon. I would highly recommend Trade Pro!

3-21-23, Trade Pro PlumbingI spoke to a person on the phone, I don’t recall her name. I asked for an inspection of the septic system, no explanation of the service was given. The minimum service provided from the main clean-out access of the main line to the tank, with no tank inspection No way was this made clear to me.Only the main line from the clean out to the tank was the only part of the inspection had I know that I would have used some one else.The last house we purchase 6 years ago, they could not find the tank access so the camera was used to locate the tank access then they pumped the tank for inspection and then used the camera to inspect to the distribution box. It cost me $900. The cost would not bother me when we are purchasing a new house and you want to avoid additional expenses down the road.I suggest training who ever answers your phone when a customer asks for an inspection you make it clear what services will be done because that did not happen with me. And frankly I feel cheated. Had I known only the minimum was going to be done I would have paid for more services and if the company does not provide I would have taken my business else where, like I am now.Thanks for adding to the frustration of buying a home.Have a nice day.
