We received a notice from the city saying we were losing 200 gallons of water/day since last month. I got to share this one with you neighbors, our gas bill almost doubled last month. I called Arrow on a Friday around noon and Erik was at my house by 2:15pm (I was told between 2 and 4 and could not have been happier with the speed). have to share this with you, we got a letter from the water company of an unnormal water usage in our house telling us we. Sharing a story. We noticed a warm spot on the floor in the hallway and couldn't figure out why.A friend recommended we watch our water meter to see if we have a water leak, and yes, the meter was running like crazy.After calling a few Leak Detectors and leaving messages on their answering machine, finally one answered, Erik from Arrow leak detection, came over the following afternoon wearing gloves and a face mask. Nice to see during this virus lockdown.Using his high-tech equipment and knowledge he was able to detect a hot water leak from the pipe under the slab of the first floor shower.
