Working with ODM Construction was an incredible experience and I want to especially thank Humberto, the general contractor and Oscar, his son, for taking their time to making sure my first renovation project was a success. The whole team was very professional, efficient, clean, and have excellent craftsmanship. Anytime I had a question I could just call Humberto and he would answer my questions. Humberto was on the job site everyday, was diligent and followed through with every detail. Can't say enough great things about ODM Construction. We hired Humberto to do a full kitchen remodel after interviewing several companies.Dante was the designer on our project.  He worked with us to design the kitchen until the design looked exactly how we had envisioned it right down to the cabinet hardware.Once ODM Construction started the remodel, Humberto was on top of everything, and at the job-site regularly to oversee the work.  Humberto was always available when we had any questions we had about the project.  All the craftsmen were professional and performed their jobs to the highest standards. Permitting and inspections were coordinated in a timely manner and the job was completed according to the schedule. We would highly recommend ODM Construction.

Excellent workmanship! Our bathroom needed updating, and the workmanship on the tile, installation of plumbing, painting and general attention to detail was top-notch. Humberto has a good eye for color, also. Careful, courteous and good clean-up. I will hire him again for any improvements to our home.

We have had our entire house remodeled by ODM Construction in two phases. Our experience was handled professionally, beautifully and with skill. We did not even consider another company our second go round because of how pleased we were with first phase.  Humberto & Oscar understood of our needs and were always available,  and did an excellent job overseeing all the trades.  The designer and architect were patient with any changes and presented options that clearly showed they understood our overall look and esthetic. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a project on a home.

Our experience with ODM Construction was very positive. We did an extensive remodel of our kitchen that included taking out a wall and creating a great room, not to mention our home was built in 1962, so it was complicated. We met with Humberto the contractor/owner of ODM Construction to review the scope of the project.He spent a few hours getting to know the space, how we lived in it and what some of our hopes and wishes were. The design team created several design options, and we finally settled on one that fit our budget. Once the price was set, there were no additional surprise charges as the remodel progressed.

Humberto is excellent. From the beginning he gave us a detailed breakdown of the work and allowed us to modify for our needs and budget. He listens to concerns and is responsive in a more than reasonable manner. Our scope of work was large including remodeling the entire interior with addition of a new bathroom and entirely remodeled kitchen. After checking with several contractors prior to hiring Humberto his pricing was middle of the line and for his professionalism he is totally worth it. I would and will hire ODM Construction in the future and hope he continued his business in this manner!

The best choice I’ve made in 2020 was choosing to work with ODM Construction. We worked with them to make our 1st floor wheelchair accessible and update the 2nd floor bathroom, and we’ve been extremely impressed by the high standards they set for themselves and their care for their clients. They also make sure that the home is not only livable, but beautiful. All the crew were respectful and really became like family over our eight month project that finished within 2 weeks of the projected completion date! We LOVE  the ODM team and all the that made our dream a reality!! The old adage you get what you pay for is so true. We got 5 estimates for a 2 bathroom remodel at our home. Humberto came out right in the middle, but we liked Humberto a lot more since he took his time and explained everything what needed to be done and they had a number of good reviews so we gave them a shot.They just finished the job, slightly ahead of schedule.We give them an enthusiastic recommendation. We've used a number of different contractors and handymen over the years and here is where we think they excel.1. Communication: This is where many contractors break down. They leave you hanging, don't give you notice for changes in schedule, and don't give you heads up for when they need specific materials to stay on schedule. Humberto and his crew let us know almost every day what was coming and what was done. That is really important to us and they did a great job of it. They also gave us some tips on where we might save some money on materials without sacrificing quality. Always a nice thing.2. Quality of work: everything they did looks great. From the tile work to the seams in the drywall to the painting. They took the room down to the studs, re-piped, ran new electrical and rebuilt. Very high quality work.3. The crew: They were about as clean as you can be in a construction zone, all of them were friendly, respectful of privacy and showed up when they said they would every day. On the one or two days when they were going to be late, they called to let us know what was going on.I would use them again and would not hesitate to recommend them to friends.

From our initial phone call through the final touch ups, our experience with ODM has been excellent. We combined two bedrooms to make a master suite, enlarged and remodeled one bath, remodeled two other baths, took out walls, totally remodeled our kitchen and replaced all flooring. The design team took the time to get to know my style and did a fabulous job guiding me through the process of what seemed like a million decisions. When the work actually started, the crew was courteous, professional, and highly qualified. The attention to detail was particularly evident in the tile work. All dates were communicated to me in a weekly schedule and deadlines were met. When decisions had to be made along the way, I was given a list of pros and cons which were backed up by experience and hands on knowledge to assist in the process. I could not be happier with my new home.

If you are looking for a company to come in and transform your house this is the company I would HIGHLY recommend!!! Humberto was very prompt with quotes and walked through in detail as to what each line item was, and helped me to understand any issues along the way.... and for someone that does not know much about old houses I certainly have come away knowing so much more about electrical and renovations for old homes. My radar is set fairly high for companies that attempt to take advantage of my ignorance, and not once did I get a whiff of anything but a genuine interest in giving me excellent service at a fair price.  I also place high value on credentials and credibility: Humberto long experience in construction sealed my confidence.
