We just had our roofs replaced. Prior to that, I requested quotes from 3 East Bay area roofing companies. Banner was the same as one of the other quotes at first glance. The first thing that impressed me was the fact that they said no, I did not need new gutters. That alone saved me 9k. Secondly, while the other quotes were charging extra for chimney flashings, and vent flashings, Banner roofing did not charge me for any of them. When Mike told me there would be no hidden charges, he wasn't lying. They gave me a start date that preceded this years rains, and gave me the schedule. They finished the job 2 days early. The inspector came out for deck inspection, and a final inspection. The crews were very polite, and cleaned up every day before leaving. I have to say, it is one of the nicer roofs on the street. It looks amazing!!! Thanks again to Mike, and the crew!!!

This guy did what I would call a 'bait and switch'. Started removing roof in rainy November then decided it $4-5k more. I counter-offered but then he implied it would be way more than $5,000 and he got nasty and abandoned the job. Below is what they left behind.

I had banner roofing do my roof on my home , their price was very reasonable compared to other estimates I received. , the workers were very polite and cleaned daily the owner Mike came by the job as in progress and the new roof looks great. I am very happy I hired banner roofing for my new roof on my home

A bunch of con-artists. They came out, gave a quote, set up a start date and I gave a large deposit. The start date kept getting push backed for one reason or another, all the while my roof is getting worse and water is now dripping into my house. When they FINALLY came out 4 months later, it was one additional charge after another. Some bogus excuse that they “didn’t factor in this” or “more damage than before”. Yeah because you people wouldn’t start the job!! They are scam artist and particularly take advantage of elderly people. We now have to hire yet another roofer to fix their mistakes. I’ve already filed with the state board. Save your money and hire someone else!

I had Banner Roofing to my home was very impressed with how Banner talked me thru the process I’m so very happy with the job they did on my home my Mother had Banner Roofing do her house too ... Again the job they did was as advertised... Looking good if you need gutters roof work Banner Roofing is a stand up company that delivers ...
