Our experience with them was mediocre at best. The solution they proposed and executed only partially solved the problem. At times we also had some rather questionable interactions with their staff. Expect to catch some attitude if you annoy them with too many questions.For example, at one point during our project negotiations, my questions on their contract must have been annoying when my service rep replied "...for us its a very very small project the office will even skip and not take..." I guess he thinks they are doing me a favor by charging me $16000 to put in a drain.The issue we need to solve is leak in the basement where we could not find the source. They inspected the issue and recommended a French drain as the solution. We had the work done at the cost of $16,000. A majority of the leaking is resolved, water is no longer pouring in as it was during the worst of our 2023 winter storms but some water is still making it's way into our basement.After reporting the water issue to my service rep, he leaves me a voice message stating he reviewed our contract and all the work they did was at my request. They now want to dig up the drain they just installed and look for cracks in the foundation. Of course, our warranty does not apply here because the drain is doing it's job and there must be undiagnosed cracks in the foundation.

Will and the team at Remodeling Heroes did a fantastic job with my home remodel. I did a large remodel with them, including the addition of one full and one half bathroom, remodeling another bathroom and kitchen, in addition to floors, painting, etc. From plans/permits through the final inspection, I was very happy with the responsiveness and workmanship of our project manager and crew, as well as the value. Before getting into details, I warn everyone two misinformation on their Yelp profile. The business hour is not 8-6. I called a few times at 5:20, and the office phone directly goes to the message, and they don't reply until the next day. The profile shows that they accept credit cards, which is not accurate unless you want to pay hundreds in fees. They accept Paypal as "friends". Paypal charges fees to all credit card transactions to non-merchant.If you are not a remodeling professional yourself, not having full time to work over the workers through the entire project, or not having a million-dollar project that will attract their attention, I do not recommend this company.My unit was flooded and need to drywall repair and replacing the hardwood floor throughout. I hired this company because the general contractor Arie gave me a good scope of work. Even though their price is the highest among 14 companies I interviewed, I gave my business to them thinking this is my home and I am willing to pay more for good quality of work. Everything starts to go downhill pretty much right after we signed the contract. Arie out of blue texted me and asked me to buy floor transition bridges, which I don't need. Arie told me that I can inspect the work at each stage, and I pay after I am happy with the work. This became impossible when they used the wrong floor underlayment and have to redo the floor. Please also bear in mind, when they tell you how many days they need to finish the work, it only means the days when they have people working. There are days when no workers showed up. I am living in a condo with a strict HOA. According to Larry, he called my HOA when they couldn't present the company insurance on vehicles. I understand that he was trying to help. But this call was made without my knowledge before and after, and it causes friction between me as a resident and my HOA management. Arie as the project manager didn't do his work properly, in my opinion. He told the worker to mend the wall that they didn't do well when the wall needs to be redone. I glued Lutron switch nob to control all my Hue lights, and the workers just tore it off and toss the nob on my daybed among many other things. The demolition team covered all items in my unit. Arie's team came in and threw them out. There is no covering on furniture and clothing at all. I had to send all my outwears for dry clean and spent two days just wash all the bed linens. I paid to repaint the entire unit, but the walls inside the closet are not painted unless the wall was damaged by the demolition. Not painting the closet walls was not communicated to me at any point before the project was finished. I only discovered it later. According to the estimate and the contract based on it, the fridge will be pulled out to remove the damaged floor underneath it. After replacing the floor under the fridge without pulling out the fridge, the fridge is misaligned and the fridge door touches the cabinet. Now, according to Larry's email, pulling out the fridge and redo the floor and putting back the fridge becomes a favor that they are doing it to me without charging me. However, according to the estimate and contract, I have paid for it. In Larry's email, he accuses me of raising my voice. When Arie raised his voice multiple times, Larry told me that Arie was trying to help me and he doesn't think that's an issue. At this moment, I am afraid they will retaliate against my negative review by not fixing the fridge because this is not the first time they intend to drop the project when I expose the issue of their work. After so many setbacks and mistakes for a small project (i only have a one-bedroom unit), they kept telling me to trust them because they are trying to help. I would like to believe that but I have to rely on facts not just words.I deeply regret my decision of hiring this company. Unfortunately, since the project is an insurance claim, I don't have the time to switch to another company.

Athos and his team did our room addition project. They explained the process and what we could and couldn't do. What I liked is that they explained things according to the cost, which was very important to us. They gave us a quote and stayed within that quote for the entire job, which we loved. They were also very open to our ideas and tried to look for the best solutions when a problem arose. Overall, we had a really positive experience, everyone was great to work with and they were really fast problem solvers. This was our first big remodel and couldn't be happier with the result and the experience.

I hired Idan and his team to build a guest house on my property and now that the job is done it looks so good!! It was a very extensive job but they handled it so well and it turned out even better than I envisioned. I was constantly updated on what was going on and what was happening next. His team worked extremely hard and they were really devoted to building my guest house. My life is going to be so much more convenient now that I have space for guests.

Definitely one of the best contractors I’ve worked with! Idan and his team portrayed excellent work ethic throughout the whole project and finished just on time. Communication was excellent and I appreciated that Idan was available to answer all of my questions throughout the project. They did a major kitchen remodel to with new cabinets, counters, backsplash, new flooring and lighting. They also demolished my old island and built a totally new one. Overall everything looks beautiful and I’d give them the highest rating

I recently purchased a home that had poor quality lighting in all the bathrooms.. After dealing with it for a couple months I decided it was time for new lights. I contacted Electric heroes and hired them since they were so knowledgeable and willing to help. It’s been one week since they got the job done and I’ve been loving the new lights so much. Very frustrating job. They replaced window but ignored major issues in the rot in the frame even though we asked them to open up interior trim. They also didn’t calk the bottom of the window they replaced. When we brought up these issues they tried to charge us more to fix these issues and blamed us.

I got the referral from the App Nextdoor and emailed the business gotten an email and call back a couple of hours from the business owner. scheduled an appointment next day and Matt/ the electrican came on time very polite and professional knew the problem right away and made an professional recommendations after the repairs which too only him like 20 minutes. we are very happy with the business and Def will call back for future business. Highly recommended, give them a call!
