We did the first time, but for our second project, we went directly with Hometelligent-- Silvio Dobrovat and crew are that good, and that trustworthy. Silvio and his team built an incredible addition to our home. We replaced an old rickety redwood deck with an awesome deck that included a full outdoor kitchen, fire pit , and pavers for the deck surface. Needless to say this was a complicated project and Silvio and his team provers to be up to the task. Providing creative solutions to the inevitable situations that arise and being honest and forthright in all things. I would certainly hire Silvio and his team again. Hometelligent did 2 major remodel projects in our 1920-built Oakland home. In 2014 they completely gutted and remodeled our kitchen, creating a beautiful, functional space. In 2021, they remodeled our bathroom, turning a worn tub/shower into a level-in shower with gorgeous custom tile work. They also added a half-bath in a bedroom closet, and created a new closet that looks like it has always been there. Our 140 year old house in Berkeley, needed a ton of rot and termite repair, shear wall installation and eventual replacement of 1200 sf of siding on highly visible south and west walls. I had a good deal of trepidation in searching out a contractor who would be able to be able to pull off a final product that I could live with.There are two different siding profiles on the 1st and 2nd floors, old existing window positions to consider, a wavering roofline and a prominent corner, where lap-lines meet, and any miscalculation or sloppy technique would stand out like a sore thumb for decades.We decided on Silvio and his crew, and well, sort of hit the jackpot.The crew was very focused, careful, and very consistent. The converging lines and lengthy runs (42 and 15 feet long by 23 ft tall) were pulled off very rapidly and with deadly accuracy.The crew was very convivial, easy to work with and talk to... and, at the same time, totally on their game. Finish and detail work, which included a bit of on-site woodworking, was excellent.Silvio is on top of it, moves things right along with steady focus and care. For sure, we'll use Hometelligent on our next phase when the time comes.

My wife and I are pleased with the timely response we received from Hometelligent for replacing our leaking hot water heater and with short notice. The hot water heater primarily feeds our in-law unit, which is occupied. Ruben was the Plumber who was sent out for removing the old and leaking water heater & installing the new one. He was on-time, focused, informative, professional and good about clean-up. He was also patient with answering questions my wife, myself and our tenant had regarding plumbing and proper water pressure.One of the best aspects of Hometelligent is the fact that someone actually (& consistently) answers the office telephone thus avoiding playing "phone tag" as we have with other companies.
