I had an appointment made and they did not show up I called later and asked why and they said they just made the appointments but the technician did not want to do the job. At least they could of called me before I prepared for the person to come, but I got no courtesy call to tell me they were not coming. Apparently having someone wait for them is not important..keep that in mind. Very unprofessional and inconsiderate.
