awesome! we reached out to three different roofers. the other two got to us a few days before jacob to give us their estimates and set a schedule. but guess what, as of today, they still haven't given us their estimates or even called back. jacob came promptly on the scheduled date for the bid, examined the issues, took pictures of the leak in the attic, and immediately gave us an estimate along with a 2-year warranty if we went ahead with gold tech roofing & exteriors. he called on a sunday to get us in for the following monday. jacob arrived right on time monday with a professional team and tidy trucks and finished the job in just a couple of hours. they left the place spotless. he even took pictures of the damage and the repairs. couldn't ask for better service. the price was fair. bottom line, jacob delivers on his promises, which is invaluable these days. highly recommend. call gold tech roofing & exteriors and save yourself the hassle of dealing with others who don't follow through. just my two cents.
