First time using Purple Construction and I’m very happy with the results. Alex assisted me with the repair and painting of my 2 cover patios. I have HOA and it was important to meet color requirements. In addition, I was presented with the contract and logistics. I received daily communication about the crew and Alex gave me status updates of project, this made me feel good about the decision of hiring them and trusted their work and professionalism. Love the final result I will be using them for future projects.

True professional at their best. We needed roofing redone as it was getting a little suspect, so Purple Construction explained to my dad what needed to be corrected and the finished product was more than what we could have imagined. From day one, all of the employees were polite, hard working and cleaned up each day. Our roofing did meet all required regulations (per the city) and we are very satisfied with the finished product. If you need your roofing completed, please call Purple Construction. They won't disappoint you. Also, they do appreciate and honor the Veterans of the Armed Forces which speaks volumes.

The construction personnel and owner do not return calls nor do they respond to emails. That install Defective light switches and blame the house owner for breaking them. They also do not refund for repair job that was caused by their employee. They are very sweet when taking to you but fail to give full details of outcome of job . If you hire them be sure to ask for every detail of what the job will look like when completed.

I had work done not even a year ago and it they just didn’t do the work correctly. Gaps in my tile now, a hole left open and my alarm keeps beeping even if it connected to the house. I would not hire them ever again

Be wary of the sales tactics and pressure from Purple Construction. This review covers our experience while receiving quotes from Purple to re-roof our residential home. We felt uneasy about doing business with them due to the aggressive sales tactics and pressure we experienced the two times they came by to inspect and provide quotes.We initially received a quote from Purple to replace the roof for our 1400 sq ft house. The initial offer was $43,000, which they eventually lowered to around $27,000 if we signed a contract immediately. The appointment took around 3 hrs, which included an inspection, a thorough explanation, and a negotiation/sales pitch that we did not care for since we weren’t planning to start until next year.Representatives from Purple came by again 4 months later to discuss the job and insisted that they can offer a better price. A quick “5-10 minute look” ended up being a 1.5+ hr visit, once again with a long drawn out sales pitch and negotiation with their manager on the phone. Offer for contract signed that day: ~$35,000 reduced to $25,000 (with positive reviews and leaving a sign outside for 10 days).Despite our repeated insistence that we were only interested in the quote at this time and would only consider their offer after checking with other contractors, they continued to apply sales pressure while simultaneously insisting that they were not pressuring us. Sparing the details of what was said, we felt disrespected by how we were treated and they lost our trust.We prefer to do business with straightforward contractors who respect our wishes and let their offer (and their justifications) stand for themselves.

They did an excellent job in my bathroom. We had small hiccups, but they fixed it ASAP. These guys did a phenomenal job for my mother, her exterior was in horrible shape. Termites, woodrott, stucco falling off the wall, etc. Victor M a project manager came out & went over all of our options. We decided to go with him since he was the only contractor to explain the pros & cons & sincerely cared to help. After weighing everything out, it just made sense to use them for our project. We felt very confident & comfortable with Purple Construction. Also, Victor was really patient & understanding about our concerns as well. He showed up as the project went on & made sure he delivered on what was promised. Now almost a year later the house is still looking great. Since Victor kept his word when he followed up yesterday for a warranty check up, (Once a year) we decided to write this overdue review. Thank you Purple Construction & Victor M for your professionalism & customer service. We look forward to using you guys in the future for our next project & we also look forward to seeing you next year when we are due for our next warranty check up.

Sales representative walked by my home and proceeded to talk to my child who was in the driveway. I waved him away from the window at which time he said something to the effect of “I was going to give you a flier but I guess your parents want their house to look this way.” My husband confronted him and he lied and denied saying anything. Completely unprofessional and creepy.

Maybe they can do good work. I'll never know, as I got totally turned off by these masters of the shyster sales method.They knocked on my door, asking if we have any home improvement projects. I told their canvasser they can send their people today at two to bid on an exterior paint job.When they arrived, they started asking questions about the age of the home, what remodeling we might have done, what we might need, and so on. I answered a few of their questions and politely let them know that while I have other upcoming projects, at this time I want a bid on the exterior paint only.I provided them a detailed statement of work and told them I would consider any recommendations. They checked out the house, and they pointed out a few area that might need special attention and some alternatives to the details in my description of the work.So far so good.Then they said they want to set an appointment with me and my wife to go over the options and share pricing. I've seen this method before. It's a set up for high-pressure, high-cost options, and a special sign-right-now price. I advised them there is no need for such a meeting and I just need their price for the work as I specified it and for any alternate recommendations they have. Then they launched into why we need to sit down together, why my wife would have to be there, etc.I gave them one last chance to quote the work, but it was their way or the highway. I chose the highway.Totally wasted my time and theirs. 1 star.

Earlier in the year my mom had to put a new roof for the house which another company did. Then we started to get water leaks in the air conditioning vents we call the guy Jose from the roofing company and he brings Robert from Purple Construction. Robert goes up the roof to check where the leaks were coming from and he says for the roof to be under warranty we needed new air conditioning ducts he did say we wouldn't need a new air conditioning unit. 2 months after they replaced the new air ducts the air conditioning unit breaks. My sister calls Robert to come and look at the problem and he says we need a new air unit. My sister signs another contract with these people to replace the unit. They are just trying to see how they can get your money. Don't waste your time with this company.

Don't ever hire these people. They are very rude and will waste your money and time. My mom called Victor Macias to check on the roof since he worked on it before. She told him how there's nails sticking out and just wanted him to fix it and he said he can. The next day he comes with another guy, Danny Wiederhold and they start looking at the water heater. Then they start saying how it needs fixing along with the water pipes so my mom asked them how much it would cost. After they examined the pipes by aggressively tugging on them, they said it's going to cost about $28,000 and so she said no. They both then proceeded to get angry and be very rude towards her saying that they gave her an estimate because she agreed to do it which she didn't. They said she can give them $1,000 deposit in cash and when she said no they said she can give them $200, and when she said no to that, they then said $100. These guys were so rude and wasted all of our time. They didn't even fix the roof and just left.

I have purple construction to repair a lot of stuff in myhouse for me, including exterior surfaces, paint, roof,plumbing, electricity, and driveway... They did excellent jobs. Rudy, Danny, German, and several of their staff were very helpful and responsible. A lot of issues in my old house were solved. I am very appreciated for their work and will definitely recommend it.

Great company to work with! Arad was excellent and very attentive to all the necessary repairs for the property due to the water damage issues that we had to deal with. I Can't say enough. Maria was also very helpful in keeping us posted on their daily progression with the pending service.

These people are just scammers... Not only was I given the worst service but I felt threatened in my own home. I had Danny Wiederhold and Victor Macias over at our home a few days ago and they had insisted on touring the home to check the appliances. They pointed out things that needed "fixing" or "replacing" which I was not interested in. Plus I had someone from the SoCal gas company over at our home a few months ago(who did everything free of charge of course)who assured us that everything was already up to date after checking all our appliances. When I politely turned down Danny and Victor by informing them that I simply could not afford their services(they asked for 30k),they proceeded to talk more aggressively and act like I was the one that wasted their time when in fact, they were the ones that showed themselves around my property trying to break my appliances that they claimed needed repairing. I was already feeling stressed from the shift in their attitudes after I said no, but now I have to check my entire home to make sure nothing was broken by their visit :(

I don’t appreciate Gabriel coming to my door and YELLING at me about how my house needs all these things fixed. I answered the door and say “no thank you” and he began yelling about every thing. I understand trying to “hustle” but if you can’t respect a potential customer’s decision I would assume that if I were to hire you, you or your employees would talk over me and TELL ME what to do instead of it being a partnership. I actually ended up finding out my dad did want a few home improvements for the home but saw how rude he was that he said, but not from that company. Demonstrates unprofessionalism and disrespect and makes me feel like it’s a scam if you’re going to list off a tone of “issues” with my house. Not sure what type of sales or communications tactics these are, they seem more like scare or intimidation tactics.

Really bad to no communication between there sub contractor and the customer I still have not received glass shelving that was promised by Hector Moreno. I still have the text message saved for proof! The went 5 weeks over the original completion date! Bad bad bad! They still owe us glass shelves for our bathroom. Haven't done business with them, but I tried multiple times to get a quote, and it was impossible. I tried contacting them via phone, email, and Instagram. Their responses were slow and short, if any. In the end, they never gave me a straight answer or a quote.

Be careful if you"re planning on hiring this construction company, they subcontract other companies to do the work. Alex is a really weird anxious guy that I don't believe has the minimum knowledge about building materials. Alex will be just trying to get you engaged and will become impatient easely when you start asking questions.

I would never use this business after how I was treated when your salesman just knocked on my door. He knocked and yelled hello incessantly and when I came to the door he talked over me and continued to talk over me after saying "no thank you" three times. That is no way to get customers to call you. You should really reconsider your sales methods.

Fue un trabajo muy limpio y bien hecho. Quedamos super satisfechos con este trabajo de primera calidad. Alex y Victor fueron muy pacientes y claros en sus explicaciones, cuando me enseñaron todos los materiales que se iban a usar para el techo. También nos enseñaron el antes y después de varios trabajos de otras casas y eso nos convenció que es una compañía muy clara y honesta. Nos ayudarron en todo lo que pudieron referente al financiamiento. Definitivamente contactare a Purple Construction nuevamente en unos meses para hacer unas remodalaciones en mis ventanas y trabajos interiores como mi chimenea y mi cuarto de baño.
