Water was backing up in Recently renovated bathroom shower. Christian did an excellent job of diagnosing the problem. I was not informed about the need to empty a basket underneath the drainage cover on a weekly basis. Christian was also able to give me advice about high pressure build up in a water tank. He was polite, efficient and professional.

You guys totally suck. All I needed was for you to unscrew a stubborn valve cartridge in my shower. Instead you sent 4 different plumbers to strip the hex bolt so the only option was to break tile and wall and cut the entire valve out. Then your manager totally ghosted me like a coward. Thanks for absolutely nothing. You guys are the absolute worst. Please post this review. I plan on putting it everywhere I can too.

Roto-rooter is an amazing professional team. Excellent customer service and strong technical team. Kenneth Boggs, Lance Banks, and Jaime helped us to resolve pipe clogged issues in same day. They worked to night over 7pm and were very patient to do hydro jetting service, video camera check, then hydro jetting with big head again. Highly appreciated they do best to help us and tech: Jaime R knows hydro machine very well. Thank you Roto-rooter!

The technician who came out on Christmas Eve was fantastic! Dexter was very knowledgeable and was able to fix the problem we were having and got our house back to normal in a short amount of time. We highly recommend their services and will definitely use them again in the future!

We called for a quick fix but our technician was honest and upfront with what failed and what was needed for the repair. He showed up on time and with all parts needed. Installed, tested and asked if we needed any additional repairs, we did not. He gave some suggestions for repairs needed and the maximum time we should delay.

He was professional, explained everything step by step and even answered all our "dumb" questions. Not to mention, he was quick, efficient and helpful. The service was great and the technician was very professional however my complaint is I was charged $100 extra for replacing the cold water flex line to the water heater which was next to the flex line he was called to repair/replace! 😡 The call itself was $289 and the parts were $55 unbelievable

I can not say enough about the great service that I received from Dexter at Roto-Rooter. I called 8:00pm they were at my tenants unit same day within a few hours. I thought it was going to be a big plumbing issue. Dexter diagnosed everything and found out it was a washing machine issue. Explained everything to the tenant and I. The customer service and integrity that Dexter showed was excellent. I will not hesitate to call him or root-rooter in the future.

As all RotoRooter does is ignore, does not mention what they offer to do to reimburse for their damages.just discussing it with no mentionsof what they want to arrange to dotruly does nothing and truly doesnot help. This is truly not right in case they do not realize right from wrong so, they know.Truly do not appreciate its wastingmy time being in touch with RR, through all these times, truly lousy services, when expensive and costly with their damages done then, trying to ignore it all away instead of doing the right thing of being responsible.As @dovegirl1920 mentioned it truly right: ''This is the worst of experience I have ever had with a plumber. I give up''''Know firsthand what you feel. you are right. you are wiser to give up on@rotorooter as their corporate managers does nothing to have your concerns taken cared. they only ignore you. look how long i been in touch with them to have their damages repaired? from 2 years ago ..'' Personally, i would not consider their plumbing services ever again. Damages of the bath flooring was truly unfortunate, worser was that their verbal promises from a previous manager that they would repair their damages was not honored by this new manager so, no repairs or reimbursements were ever provided as promised. Instead they just ignore you. Such hassles to be in touch with them to keep their words. Truly among the worst plumber experiences ever
