Came in not knowing squat about signing escrow closing documents. Angel Lake reviewed all my signatures, then let me double-check everything, then triple-checked everything herself, in the process noticing that I forgot to attach a copy of the ID and date my signature in the packet. Has she not noticed these details I would have sent a null document and expired on my escrow! To top it all off, she saved me the 45 mile drive to the UPS store by providing a shipping package. A real life saver! Thank you.
