I am changing this to three stars because they did not forward any test results to my doctor and I had a disease that can kill me quick. I called on Monday when I found out my doctor didn't have anything from the hospital and no return call so I called again today, four days later.These are people's lives you're messing with. You had better do a better job in the office or you are going to kill someone. 22 days after the er visit and nothing to my doctor. Follow through and do your job.Having been rather sickly my whole life and a klutzy adventurer, I've had to visit a few hospitals over the years and this place was by far one of the best ER experiences I've ever had and I can't thank them or praise them enough for figuring out what was going on. Dr. Perera is one of the brightest and thorough doctors I've seen and everyone there were so kind and so patient. Attentive as well. I really don't understand the bad reviews of this place because, like I said, I've visited a quite a few hospitals (cancer was worth a bunch) and this was one of two best experiences.

So many people I know have had issues here. Just go out of town instead. I waited for a specialist for a couples months and when I finally went in, they scheduled me with the wrong doctor, when the referral letter had clearly written out which doctor I was supposed to see. They scheduled me wrong twice, and a third time I waited to see the same specialist, they overbooked her and she couldn't see me in time. Another primary care provider I used to see here also refused to really do anything to help my other physical ailments because "it's probably just anxiety you'll get over it."The billing department is a separate issue as they never sent me invoices for past appointments that my insurance did not cover. I found a collections notice in the mail and I immediately paid them. Years went by and they never reported it as paid until it finally fell off my credit naturally.

Passing through town needed to go to the ER.. all the staff were wonderful and knowledgeable. The facility was top notch!

I took my mom in this morning because she was really sick. They have done great with her. But I can't get ahold of the emergency department to see what is going on with her. I was told by the Dr that she was going to be flown out. He did not tell me what is wrong with her. My only concern is trying to figure out what is happening to my mother and I can't get any answers.

Let me save you the trouble don't go to this hospital or clinic the doctors are a joke I came to that hospital I won't ever return the nurses doctors staff members are rude I come to that place because I was scared felt like I was dying they kicked me out of the room to wait in the waiting room then left me in a room forgot me as I was gasping for breath they forgot me nurse yelled at me to shut up I was calling for help so I can get water or get some help chest pains hard time breathing the nurse threaten to kick me out not help me yelled at my face I'm mentally disabled not understanding scared alot left in the room for hours crying scared the nurse threaten me the whole staff forgot I was their until a nurse came in the room saw me left me alone mumbled something under her breath my left side of my body was numb tingling my head felt funny hard to breath she flat out told me I was not important other people where in worse case then me slammed the door I was crying scared hard time breathing I keep praying to God don't let me die if I died make it fast I was scared for my life still afraid still having the symptoms that nurse was rude not understanding what's going on the nurse accused me of faking it which I hate going to doctors hospitals being autistic why would I fake it if I'm afraid of being touched my doctors or being in a doctor's office why would I torture myself if I was faking it I called my insurance filed a report don't go people doctors at the hospital are not doctors or nurses I never got the water until I was discharged I may take legal actions don't go in fact move out of Modoc the health care is a joke at Modoc medical center now the clinic they know how to treat their patients with respect better off going out of town to a hospital vrs that fake of a ER of a place

I got a huge spider bite on my calf, which I wasn't diagnosed with till about a month later. I went to the clinic the third day I had it. Instead of antibiotics and blood work like I asked, Ruth just cut it open without even knowing what it is or giving me antibiotics. Her exact words when I asked what she thought it was were “I guess we’ll never know”. When she knows my mom has lupus. All she did was make the bite way worse. Save yourself and GO OUT OF TOWN.

The night time nurses are rude the staff doctors are rude in the ER yelling at patients like myself they forget I was in their left me alone in a room hours the clinic is far more better then the ER I would never go to that ER again big I had to choose to die or live I would die peacefully at home then go to the ER at Modoc medical one nurse threaten me which was uncalled for that nurse needs to be fired on spot in fact that hospital don't deserve a single star but I'm to kind of a person Modoc clinic deserves 5 stars don't go to the hospital people let me save you the trouble worst place ever doctors staff are rude mistreats their patients

I want to thank the staff of Modoc Medical for everything they did for me while i was in their facility. The staff were so friendly and caring and went out of their way to be helpful. The only issue i had is the kitchen staff needs to study up on acid reflux disease and gerd. They are real and not like just getting heartburn and taking tums and it goes away. They need to learn how to feed patients that have it.

Horrible hospital!!! My mother in law has Covid and is in the hospital as I write this we live to far away to come help her they are barley feeding her and ignoring her pill schedule!! We have had this issue previously with this hospital they treat your loved ones like trash I would never recommend your service’s to anyone!! She is in the hospital with ammonia because of Covid and they gave her a small bowl of rice crispys to eat and a sausage patty that she can’t eat due to stomach issues! The only positive this she has to say is about the night nurse being absolutely awesome but it doesn’t make up for the horrible treatment she is receiving.

Flat Lander up for weekend of Duck Hunting. Dehydrated not doing well, these very nice people took great care of me, patched me up and sent me on my way. Very professional and very nice looking Nurses. My wife is ok with my statement been with the same gal for 55 years. She and I thank you for your care.

I wish they gave you an option for no stars. Don't even bother calling the clinic if you are not an existing customer. I guess they prefer to get their new customers via the emergency room. Call Lakeview, OR

Recently our mother, Mary Woodward, fell. We called 911, and the responders were there within 8 mins....all of whom were very efficient, courteous and professional! From the E.R. R.N.to admitting Drs Lambert and Ingalls, and X-ray tech, to all the nurses, CNA's, support staff during her 4-1/2 day stay....thank you all so very much for your excellent care, kindness and support. this place refused to help me or give me any kind of service doctor is a private contracted doctor with a poor attitude and very unprofessional set of skills or help believe his name to fargason or Ferguson old man with grey hair he was the one to refuse to help me with my issues I went for in the first place big waste of time just to refuse any kind of help or advice in my opinion, doctor also notified me that MMC wasnt a clean sanitary place for any kind of safe surgical procedures.
