Very pleased with how our home turned out! Beautiful. The workers were hard working, and did a nice job. Please be aware though, to be diligent in reading any contracts you may sign. I agreed to have rain gutters added, & I assumed the entire house would have rain gutters. So when they came to install they told me they were just doing the front. I looked at the contract & sure enough it said front of the house. And I signed it. That was my mistake. So don't do as I did. That being said, we are very pleased with how the home looks. I would highly recommend this company, just be sure to read every word in any contract you sign.

We recently had our entire home exterior repaired for dry rot and then painted with texcote by Alpha Environmental. We also had 5 windows replaced. The initial meeting with JJ was long but informative and he addressed every question we had. While he worked with us to get the best price possible, we still feel a bit overwhelmed at the amount of money we financed for this project. We had a bit of a scheduling hiccup as our initial meeting was on a Saturday and some miscommunication resulted in us taking time off work to meet someone on Monday for measurements who didn't show. However staff was very apologetic and explained the mix up which was understandable and we were glad to know the gentleman was not a no-show, the scheduling had just been mixed up. From then on, communication and appointments went smoothly. Kacie kept us up to date on every step of the process and worked with our schedule to accommodate dates that worked for us. She always had a positive and cheerful attitude and talking to her was always a good experience. Amazingly, as they said, both the exterior house project and windows were completed within less than a week. The paint crew came and did a power wash on a Monday, then they returned on Tuesday do the dry rot repair, and painted the entire house on Wednesday. Window installers came on Friday and put all the windows in. In just one week we had a newer looking home. Crews were all very professional and cleaned up. I did find a few minor pieces of trash later but no big deal. Hoping to have my home insurance premium adjusted but still have not called to find out if this new coating qualifies us for that. I highly recommend Alpha Environmental. They are knowledgeable, communicative and very helpful. Maybe in years to come as the texcote becomes more common the pricing will not be as high. For us, we are hoping it will be the investment we are counting on it to be. We will definitely consider Alpha Environmental for future projects for our home, and have and will continue to refer friends and family to them.

We had leaks, now we Don't!!!They came in between storms and tore off the old roof and installed the new roof all in between two storms!!!Wonderful work, polite, hardworking and even cleaned up as though nobody had been here.Attached is a before and after of the roof.Highly recommend.

Over all, I'm happy. However things I wish I had known- if you don't like the color. That will cost you extra to change it! Ask for a sample on your house first! Am I 100% happy with the color. Not at all. I even asked the paint guy if I didn't like the color then what? The answer he gave me was litterly "eeehhhh". It's a 30% extra to the original cost to change the color so needless to say, I'm stuck with the color house I got. I love the garage door. Front door and trim. The team who painted my home were wonderful. For the amount of money I payed, I would of loved my house to actually be the swatch color I picked, not a reflective version that's different in the light and shade. When I called and complained about this, the answer I got was " well when you dye your hair. Doesnt it look differnt in differnt lights, the paints the same." True, but when i say dye my hair brown, I dont expect it to look pink, but brown. There was a lot as a consumer I wish i had done or known before i did this. I did feel pressured to buy this product then, there wasnt a lot of time to think or the "deal would ne gone". I wish i had read the contract in depth and known i had options to sample colors on the house. None of that was transparent so i do felt i was taken advatage of in that respect. And Does my house look better, yes. Would I do this again? Absolute not!! So my advice would be make sure it's the color you want, sample it out first. Otherwise, you'll end up with a house that is pink not brown!

I love the new Tex-Cote paint on my house. The texture is great, it's almost like a composite finish and feels smooth to the touch. The process was very easy and not a detail was missed. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. Each step, from the power-washing of the house to waterproofing my foundations, to patching the existing cracks, priming and finally painting was explained in detail and the staff made sure that every detail in the job was seen to. The process took a full five days and before they left my property, but when they drove away, my house looked brand new. I would highly recommend Tex-Cote. It is an outstanding product.

I am thoroughly please with both the quality and service we received for our new window installation. To start off Brandy was very helpful with getting us set up and making sure plans were moving as scheduled.Once everything was ready the team came in and worked very quickly. The way they worked was very efficiently and seemed like very experienced team.They also went out of their way to make it more convenient on us by taking our baby into consideration to complete the bedroom first as his nap time was approaching. This is something I very much appreciated.Now the windows so far have been doing great at preventing the escape of heat from inside the house as temperatures have dropped. This has allowed me to not rely on my heater as often.I truly have enjoyed this experience with Alpha Enviro Tech.

I recently had a new ACunit installed by Alpha Enviro Tech. This was a quick and smooth process, much quicker than expected. Everyone from sales to installers were professional, friendly and helpful. Installers helped me by moving a shed from the work are to another area of the yard, and once the installation was done left the area clean. They went out of their way to make me feel comfortable. I am very impressed with their services and would definitely use their services again and recommend this company to family and friend.

We had all our windows replaced in our duplex. The windows are very nice. We noticed a reduction in noise and temperature control was improved. The installers and staff were very professional. A couple of windows had to be replaced and the company got right on it. I am especially impressed with Brandy Touchstone. She delivers excellent customer service. I never had to contact her. We recently just had a new furnace and AC unit installed by Alpha Enviro Tech. The entire process has been great. The initial installation went quick and smoothly. Everyone from the company from scheduling to those performing the work were friendly and knowledge and easy to work with. Even when we ran into issues getting the city to sign off on the inspection, the people from Alpha Enviro Tech were very responsive to make the necessary changes. The new system has also been performing great. My wife and I have found ourselves not needing to run the system as much because it quickly and efficiently gets the house to its setpoint very quickly. I have been very pleased with the entire project process and performance of the new system. I highly recommend Alpha Enviro Tech for the installation of a new heater/AC unit.

I had 6 windows installed, on installation day, the guys came as scheduled and we did a walk through of the windows being done. They went right to work. Installation looks great, they cleaned up their mess and took the old windows. It went so smooth I almost asked them to start over. Great job guys.

Alpha Enviro Tech painted our home with Texcote, intended to reduce heat transfer and be somewhat more fire resistant. The painter, Vadeem, did a great job. He and his team were friendly, professional, and arrived at the worksite when they said they would. They also installed a screen door and replaced the front door deck and steps. The door was a challenge but they did a great job of making it all fit and look good. When they finished all of the work, they cleaned the area extremely well and there was nothing that I needed to do after they left. It is too early to say how well the Texcote will reduce the heat signature on the house but the paint makes the house look new and beautiful.

I had Alpha Enviro Tech install the Tex-Cote on my house in Elk Grove California and they are the worse paint contractor I have ever worked with. The color is not White it is a cream color and they know this but don't tell you this until after the paint is applied. The paint does not cover the new wood siding that was added, now I have three sheets of siding that has grain bleed thru. My wife was lied to, she was told that the wood grain is different I call bull!! If you prime the new wood correctly and apply the MOST EXPENSIVE paint in the world grain bleed thru should not be a problem. I have had to walk this job 5 or 6 times and the yard is still a mess, screws, chips of wood, overspray everywhere! Alpha Enviro Tech is coming back out to install the second flood screen after only requesting this THREE times!! I don't know how they are going to clean the overspray on my roof shingles. I get all this for $36,000 @15.99% what a scam, con!!

I just had my house painted by Alpha Enviro Tech using the Tex-cote coolwall paint, and I'm so happy with the results. This was my first big project as a home owner, and it has been so easy and stress free. The entire process, from meeting with Drake the representative who came out to give a demo and provide information about the company and services they provide, to working with the project manager Josh, the painter foreman Ed, Megan from their main office who was super nice and helpful with getting everything scheduled, and even the workers who were friendly and had a great attitude - one of them made my day when I could hear him singing while he worked, which to me is a sign of a happy employee. My home looks beautiful and fresh, I feel reassured that the work has a lifetime warranty that's transferrable if I were to sell in the future, and I am so excited to see how the coolwall paint lowers my energy bill in the summertime. I've already told family and friends that they should check this company out - I've had nothing but great things to say about them.

Sales Rep Chris was very knowledgeable and described the entire process.Financing was quite affordable as well. The pint crew was professional and efficiently ensured all repairs - removing wood panels and shutters, replacing and patching stucco, repairing damaged window sills, were completed before the Tex Cote was applied.
