If I could give them 0 starts I would. This company didn’t do what they promised from the beginning, I called them after installation because their workers left a mess and work was not done right, they will say it was done the right way and that’s the way they do the work. After a couple years I was remodeling kids room and notice molding around window was getting gaps, I reached out and they said they are not liable for that because it’s been so long. This is work they did. I had other windows installed before with another company and have not had any problems what so ever with those but these where installed 2-3 yrs after the other ones and I have had problems since day 1.

I'm in the Charter Oak area of Los Angeles County. I've been in my home for over 34-years, and in need of getting the exterior re-painted. I reached out to CAT Exteriors, where they've come out to view the home, offered a detail description on their products. I had the home pressure washed, repairs made to wood and stucco areas. Removal of the old gutter system, Premier coated the home, applied their Texture Coat, painted all the wood trimming and installed a new gutter system. Shout out to Tim Aubrey and his crew on a pleasant overhaul experience. I can truly say, that their crew was on time, professional, and detailed to every aspect of the home. The added value is noticeable to my home with great curb appeal.

I left them a message and within minutes, I received a return phone call and an appointment for an estimate the following day. So as far as punctuality, they get 5 stars in my book.The following day, John Annarino arrived on time for our meeting. John was professional and well versed in his product. As most of us know, time is precious. John was respectful of our time and seemed to be a straight shooter. He demonstrated his product and overall, gave an excellent presentation. At the end of our meeting, John provided us with a quote. The cost seemed fair and he did not pressure us into purchasing the product, giving us time to discuss our options.As of this review, my wife and I have not decided whether or not we will go with CAT Exteriors. UPDATE: I am beyond words at how impressed I am with CAT Exteriors! We are in love with our new windows and sliding door. The first day of install we could feel a HUGE difference in the temperature inside the house. We even added a new window and it has made a world of difference! One of the first things I noticed is how much quieter my house has become. The new windows effectively block out external noises, creating a more peaceful and serene indoor environment.The aesthetic appeal of these windows is another standout feature. They look incredibly slick and clean, enhancing the overall appearance of my home both from the inside and the outside. The upgrade from my old single-pane windows is evident not just visually but also in terms of functionality.One of the most noticeable changes is the impact on temperature regulation within my home. The new windows seem to do a much better job at insulating, keeping the interior temperature more stable and comfortable throughout the day.While I am overall satisfied with the product, there are a few minor drawbacks worth mentioning. Today I met with Bobby from CAT Exteriors to discuss replacing the windows in my 27 year old house. Bobby was very professional and patient with the onslaught of questions I was asking. He took his time to explain every aspect of the product, from building materials to the construction process. The sample products he brought were top notch, very nice and he was so knowledgeable about everything. Bobby did not try to pressure me into buying more than I needed, upselling me or signing any contracts on the spot. As a very busy small business owner, I appreciate the effort and preparation that was put into our meeting today. I’ve met with other companies and gotten other quotes and CAT Exteriors is by far the best quality and most reasonable price. Are they the cheapest, NO, but either is their product. Did I purchase my replacement windows from CAT??? Yes I did and if you’re in the market for new windows I would recommend you give Bobby at CAT Exteriors a call as well. You WILL NOT be disappointed.

UPDATE: We are in love! We feel like we have a whole new home (we went from a dated mustard color to Florida White with Mountain Gray trim) and we can already see the energy benefits. Our home is so well insulated now that we haven’t had to run our AC system all day. The crew was very professional and maintained great communication throughout the entire installation process (our home took about 5 days) and the team at CAT Exteriors was amazing at answering our many questions.
