We hired Fitzhauer Construction to lift and re-lay the Spanish tile roof on our 500 SF outdoor room. This was done to address water leakage and damage which appeared after this year’s rainy season. Manny, the Project Manager, came out and was able to identify the potential issue and walked me through various approaches that could be taken. He presented the pros and cons to each approach so that I could make the best decision for us. Ultimately, we decided to pull up the tile and replace any damaged plywood and ceiling shiplap, and put down an additional barrier to help protect against future leaking. He had a crew finishing up another project in the area, so we were able to schedule the work for the next day. Juan, the crew leader, and team were amazingly efficient in their approach to the required work and finished that day. The quality of work was excellent. They cleaned up all site debris. The put back all patio furniture they had moved out of the way prior to beginning. Manny and the team did an excellent job communicating throughout the process. We are VERY happy with the result.

Fitzhauer's team did a very good job installing a new clay tile roof on the front facing slope of my 1946 Spanish Revival home. They were able to repair around the perimeter of the chimney where it was leaking into the house. Their quote was competitive and final cost did not exceed budget. Excellent quality of work completed in a timely manner.

I used Fitzhauer construction to install new windows on one of our ADU's(additional dwelling units). They were very professional, gave me a great price and finished ahead of schedule. We will definitely be doing a lot more business with this company in the future and I recommend them to anybody that needs work done in the residential field.

Amazing!! That would be the best word to describe my experience with Fitzhauer construction during my air conditioning installation project. All of their installation team members were professional and polite. The foreman on the project was able to explain the entire job process and execute his process efficiently alongside his team. When I called into the office before we started the project, Jessica was very informative and helpful with scheduling everything involved. During the project she was able to answer all of my questions and work along with my busy life schedule. If I need any other work performed in the future I will definitely without a doubt, call Fitzhauer construction first.

From first contact through installation, the scope of work was thoroughly explained by all team members. Central air is a big expense that I had been putting off for a while so I was pleased when financing options worked out to be within my budget. Project was completed in a timely manner by a crew that worked together efficiently and were dedicated to providing a quality product. Project manager was available & checked in regularly with updates or to address any questions/concerns. The ugly old wall heater was removed and wall was left beautifully paint ready. Very pleased with the whole process!

He made it simple to understand it all and the pictures helped visualize everything. He didn’t over promise on delivery and when they would be ready.
