Hoyt did a great job! We interviewed several companies and went with Hoyt because they are highly EXPERIENCED, PROFESSIONAL, & THOROUGH. We like that they are fully insured and have been in business a long time. They have in-house control of every aspect of the project, with NO SUBCONTRACTORS That matters! Chuck, the sales rep, really knows all aspects of the business and showed us how we could improve the sagging and strength in our roof. Chuck is VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE.When demo & installation began, the team really earned our confidence. Poli, the project lead, is so respectful, professional & always made sure his team’s work was the HIGHEST QUALITY. He took time to explain whenever we had questions or concerns. He’s very easy to work with & GOES THE EXTRA MILE to insure the customer is satisfied. And yes, they did follow through on reinforcing the parts of our roof that were sagging. Also, the team thoroughly cleaned all debris at the end of each day which was greatly appreciated! I didn’t even have to ask. When all was complete, we were totally satisfied with our new roof, have no complaints & are really happy with Hoyt’s standard of excellence. We definitely highly recommend Hoyt if you want the job done right and without problems.

Terrible company once they did work. Had a new roof put on by Hoyt 14,000. Had leak in living room last year, they said it wasn’t the roof, it was fireplace - cost me another $1100. Still have leak! I called a week ago, no one has come out to see the problem.

After seeing some of the reviews, we were hopeful to finally find a reasonable Roofing company, but unfortunately, that was not the case! After several phone calls spanning a few weeks, we finally received a call back from David to only find out that we would need to wait another several weeks. It wasn't urgent so we decided to wait it out. Then, randomly, the day after Thanksgiving, they show up with three guys for a small repair??? They look at the work and say they need to come back⁹ because they do not have what is needed. Then they come back the following Monday morning, again without notice, and complete the repair in 1 hr, and then slap an over $1000 bill in front of us. When we questioned the bill, we were told that they would file a lien on my property if we don't pay up! This was a horrific experience, and only reviewing them to help others avoid the same mistake.

I highly recommend Hoyt.I am the president of a 156-unit townhome HOA that has 29 buildings. Our roofs were in dire need of repair and needed to be replaced. We decided to go with the Firestone TPO roofing material. Due to the size of the project and the cost, we decided to replace the roofs over a two-year period. The total cost of the project was approximately $1 million. Hoyt Roofing was highly recommended to us. I have dealt with a lot of vendors, and in my experience, there’s only a few that stand out as being highly professional, reliable, and having excellent workmanship. Hoyt is one of those.

We asked to reschedule our roof installation that was to happen before the worst California storm ever and they said no way they could because the inspector was already scheduled for the job. We were assured by Chuck that the roof would be kept dry - well it was not! We have four leaks and counting and they have been back here several times. They put the underlayment and left it exposed saying that is what will keep our house dry. I am so angry and not even sure where to begin to take recourse. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU, THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE BOTTOM LINE - MONEYService: Roof installation

They canceled 4 times when they did show up they put plastic on the roof and them said they could not get the roof shingles then they lift trash on my driveway and my husband had to drag it to the street so we could back out, VERY poor service and responsewatch your garage I had 2 Christmas present's in my garage that are now gone

This company is a complete joke. They were contracted by our HOA to replace our roofs. The job on our building was supposed to take 4 weeks, instead it took 6, because the crew barely showed up. On top of that the company disconnected out AC units which were on the roof. They wanted over $1,000 to reconnect each unit. We refused to pay and ended up hiring a HVAC company who when looking at our AC units said that there wasn't any new tiles near the units and they couldn't see why Hoyt would have a need to disconnect the units in the first place. With over 200 AC units on the roofs throughout the complex you can imagine the amount of money that went into their deep pockets. Furthermore, upon talking to neighbors and multiple HVAC repair companies who came out to repair many of the units, those that belonged to condos who chose not to pay the extra money had the wiring on their AC units damaged but those who paid had zero issues. Not a trustworthy company at all.

I had my roof replaced last year and Chuck and his crew were awesome. I requested a repair at a second location. They sent someone out on Feb 15, 2019 to inspect. I called a week later and estimate was not ready. Called a week after that and inspector said he emailed it 2/19/19 but I never received it and asked if he could send it again. No reply no email. I called few days later they said inspector went on vacation and would have to wait until 3/6/19 for him to come back. Its 3/7/19 and I still have not received an estimate. I will be looking for another company just wished it could have been as easy as it was when Chuck came out and had my roof replaced.
