Do not work with this company. We got set up with Roof Rx through a termite fumigation from Terminix. When the tent was removed from our house the vent caps were pulled off among some broken tiles. When Roof Rx came out they knocked one of the vent caps down onto the patio cover and instead of retrieving it they left it and documented the job as complete. As others have mentioned this is a no-contact company, so they sent me a PandaDoc via email to sign and acknowledge completion of the work. I did not sign this because we noticed the vent cap missing . I mistakenly thought that Roof Rx would reach out and ask why I was not signing their document but instead they chose to process the entire payment without my consent and without a single attempt to reach me. I have since tried to call them but they do not take phone calls, I have also texted them as directed by their automated answering system but it seems they do not respond once they have taken your money. If you are stuck working with them do not provide any card information or they will bill you the full amount for incomplete work.Services: Roof repair, Roof damage repair

I urge you not to use Roof Rx. I had a similar experience as another person referenced. They actually got much more money from me and didn’t honor their warranty although they were contacted repeatedly by email (the only way to correspond with them). The job they were hired to do was repair leaks in my family room. Two months after they did the work, the heavy rains came, and the water poured through my ceiling; worse than before. I called them two months after their repair Only to find they do not correspond by telephone, only email. They set three appointments and never showed up. I must’ve sent at least 7 to 10 emails with no response Other than a standard automated response

I am writing this review for my mother who used this company to fix her roof when it was leaking in several places. They came to do the job and charged over $9000, but sadly, the roof continues to leak in the same places and she has not been able to get a hold of them after emailing, texting, and calling. They disconnected their phone number and now use something automated that prompts you to email. When she hired them, they said the roof was under warranty for one year. I'm not sure if they went out of business, but they completely disappeared with my mother's money and have not returned to repair the roof. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and strongly recommend staying away from using their services.

Me personally I used to work here, I had no experience and was thrown onto the job and I can confidentially say I messed up over 10 roofs in my short span of working there, I was let go due to me CRASHING MY PERSONAL VEHICLE THAT THEY FORCED ME TO USE AS A WORK TRUCK!! This place sucks! The credit card for gas and supplies never worked so we were forced to use our own money! RoofRx burn in hell

When we did a termite fumigation last November, the termite company recommended this roof company for roof warranty. We paid for the warranty and they did pre fumigation and post fumigation drone inspection and ask us to pay for a few titles they said pre-existing broken. We paid for that as well and was told everything had been repaired. I realized, there were 16 new tiles unused left at my front yard, so I contacted them to confirm why more than half of the new tiles were unused. They told me they brought more than they need and they promised to me they had repaired all the broken tiles and sent me some pictures. In June this year, only 7 months after later repair, we did another fumigation caused by termite company’s failure. This time the termite company use Roof RX again for roof warranty. They claimed we have 9 pre-existing broken tiles but showed me the exactly same pictures as last time, and ask me to pay for those repairs. I questioned about that and it took them very long time to finally respond to me admitting they missed 8 tiles during last repair. They again promised to me that this time they will make sure repair both the old missed tiles and also new broken tiles under warranty altogether. They also promised to me to do a post repair drone inspection to make sure that all the tiles will be correctly repaired this time. Unfortunately, only one week after their repair, we experienced a roof leaking. I contacted them for warranty and also request our post repair drone report many times. During the long waiting period, we experienced another 2 days of rain and leaking. After my multiple demand, they finally send someone over and did a inspection. This time they admitted that they again missed 2 more tiles by mistake, but claimed that those 2 tiles were not the ones that caused our leaking, so they don’t cover the leaking under warranty. They claimed our house is 18 years old which is too old and need to change the roof underlayment for the whole house, otherwise it will leak again. They also claim that broken tiles will never cause roof leaking, and all the roof leaking problems cause by poor underpayment which means they will never be responsible for any roof leaking by their mistakes and poor jobs. They just tried to deny any responsibilities. This company don’t even have a phone number, so they never want to talk to you. All you can do is text or email them and it’s totally up to them weather they like to respond to you or not. Sometimes they do, sometimes they don’t. They kept lying to me and hiding the true from me. It’s really 2 terrible experiences with the same company. I believed I’m not the only one with similar experience with them. That’s the way they do business and make money.

Process went well. I decided to have some identified repairs performed by a different company AFTER I had made a down payment so that $$ was forfeited. But, the terms and conditions were clear so that one is on me.The repairs were performed and documented as promised. We just had a fairly big storm run through and no leaks in the roof so I am happy with the results.

I had Terminix tent my house last June, and purchased some insurance through RoofRx to repair any tiles that were broken. Tiles were broken, so I called RoofRx to repair the roof. It took literally 13 months for them to finally come out and "repair" my roof. Then they said they found other issues and I'd need to pay more money to fix it. I did, as I am not a professional roofer and trusted them, and they "completed" their "repair."Mind you, I've never had any issues with my roof; no leaks, no visible problems, no nothing, until some tiles were broken. Today, a week after the roof was "fixed", it started raining. I have two water spouts now flowing into my living room from where these guys "fixed" the issues. This is causing damage to the roof and my wood floors.Tried calling them, nobody answers. Tried texting them, nobody answers. Tried emailing, nobody answers. This company is the WORST with customer service, POOR quality of work, they are NOT professional or responsive. Avoid them at all costs. I will be asking for a full refund because now will have to file an insurance claim through my insurance company.

I connected with Roof RX through my insurance company (Mercury). They had a promotion that inspected my roof for $99. The process was seamless. All paperwork was virtual. The inspection was performed via drones with high quality photos. I opted to get the recommended repairs. Repair representative performed work and noticed one of the tiles was incorrectly tagged. My price was readjusted and lowered. I would use Roof RX once again.Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair, Roof damage repair

I was actually quite disappointed with their service. I ordered this service back in October 2022 and it was scheduled for Dec.When they arrived and started working, the intended work was unacceptable - instead of using small pebbles to match the roof sheets, they just poured large rocks and glued them to the roof to prevent pooling - which is very ugly! When I noticed this, they agreed to get smaller pebbles instead. Then they disappeared for a very long time... one morning I got a message that the guy is coming to work - without any email for scheduling. It had to be postponed since I wasn't going to be home. Then again they disappeared.Ultimately the job was done April 6, 2023 - 3 months after the original date and after the rainy season! The job seemed to be done well, though the small pebbles were laid on the glue/tar and not all was "stuck" which makes me wonder if it's actually done properly.Plus, there's no way to actually contact them and to speak with someone!Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair

These clowns were supposed to provide the "coverage" when Terminix damaged my roof during termite tenting. They said ok, we'll be out to fix your roof in about 3 months. I told them that's not going to work, the structural beams are exposed and there's going to be water damage if it's left that way. They said sorry, it's not our fault because everyone's super busy, we'll be out in 3 months, you're on your own. There will definitely be water damage and we recommend you do an emergency covering in the meantime, but you'll have to pay for it out of your own pocket. I ended up finding someone else who did the repairs the next day for less money. Also, they refuse to communicate by phone, only email. Phone calls to the numbers on their documents go to a voice mailbox that's full. The managers/owners won't even use their real names when responding to emails, they just sign them "Roof Rx." Everything about this company is a complete joke.Their damage assessment came loaded with another $1,200 of extra "gotchas" that were automatically selected and I had to go out of the way to decline. $550 for gutter cleaning? $400 for an extended warranty? Give me a break.Basically, I think they take the money from Terminix for roof coverage and then leave all those people until last while they do other jobs, because they've already got your money. Super shady, avoid them at all costs.Services: Roof inspection, Roof damage repair

The experience was exceptional. Roof Rx was responsive throughout the entire period of service and during the actual day of repair, Andre walked us through every step ensuring we understood the plans. He finished in several hours and was courteous, professional and efficient. Highly recommended.

I recently used RoofRX for a repair our first home purchase and all I can say was the customer experience from start to finish was sensational. The process was seamless all the way through. They made it so easy and kept me updated with automated messages all throughout the process so I always understood exactly where we were at. I feel like all I had to do was click a few buttons and everything fell into place. Not to mention it was very affordable. Very impressive customer experience focus from this company. Even talked to one of the owners Marco who helped get me answers quickly from his team. Great guy. I will never use anybody else for a roof repair. Thank you RoofRX team for being awesome!Services: Roof repair for storm & wind damage, Roof inspection, Roof repair, Roof damage repair

Everything went very smoothly and professionally. I was able to speak with my consultant, Alexandra about the inspection. She was great to answer all my questions. They even moved my appointment up to make the repairs, so that was a bonus. Thanks for the great service!Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair

There is no phone number to call anyone. Email response is spotty at best. The only emails that are timely are the constant renewal reminders that start 4 months before your contract ends.

Last week George from RoofRx performed an inspection of our roof and I must say I was really impressed. He showed up when he said he would and flew his drone over the entire roof taking numerous photos of all critical areas. As promised we reviewed all photos and discussed corrective actions needed. There was no pressure to do more than needed. I would recommend their service to anyone with an aging roof. 👍👍Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair

I had a terrible experience and will never use this company or refer them to anyone. They had substandard work and terrible customer service. I had a sales rep sell me the job over the phone (I think she was based in Las Vegas?) and obviously worked on commission only with no regard for my satisfaction, only interested in charging me more $$$$ They were rude on the phone when I asked they could re-attach my spark covers on my fire place. The lady said to me “we don’t do free-bes” I was insulted after I just paid them $6,700.00. Terrible experience 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼😡😡😡

Roof RX came out and inspected our roof. We knew we had a small leak, but another company told us we had to retile our entire roof! Luckily, Roof RX was able to fix our roof, plus found a few other spots that could become a problem, and we had those fixed too! Far less th as n a new roof! They were quick and responsive, and cleaned up everything perfectly. I have recommended them to friends, they will be my go to roofer from now on! I am very pleased.Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair

I don’t know where to start do not use this company! As I was referred by the pest control company that fumigated the house! They don’t talk on the phone they only tex or email their follow up is really bad and I’m still waiting for my repair! After 45 days then they said that they can get to it for another 40 days! What the heck!Services: Roof inspection, Roof repair

Don't buy this home warranty add on or accept it from a seller. If you find you need them, they will then claim that anything wrong with your roof was preexisting and thus uncovered (like anyone buying a house, I have a licensed inspection from the time of the original contract showing this is not true, but they won't accept this), and then quote prices dramatically higher than roofing contractors for minor repairs. When called out on their practices, they send you screen shots of ambiguously-worded fine print on their original agreement claiming that this means they have to do nothing (though of course this ambiguous fine print was written for exactly this moment). Save yourself from having to deal with people who would do business like this.Service: Roof inspection

When Joshua Alari, the RoofRx inspector, came to give a quote, I advised him the tiles on my roof were extremely fragile & company that made the tiles went out of business so were no longer available. Per the attached quote, he advised they would be capable of taking three rows of tiles off to lay sheeting on roof then re-attach the tiles. On the day the RoofRx contactors arrived, they started scraping the flat roof rocks off. About 45 minutes into their work, Joshua called me and told me that they are not able to only replace three rows of tiles but will need to replace the entire roof. I went up on the roof to speak the foreman who advised he told both Joshua & his boss Cameron of this fact prior to even arriving at my house. I called Joshua back and demanded to know why he sat on this information and all he could say is “I’m sorry, but we could probably discount the reroofing” which end up being 4x more expensive. Then Cameron called and said they would do the job at originally quoted but would not guarantee for leaks!! I asked him what’s the point of re-roofing without a leak free guarantee but he said that’s all they could do. Needless to say I told them to stop any further work. It’s my mistake for not researching RoofRx in advance. When I looked online afterward, I saw several instances where people took them to court or have a lien on them for shoddy work. Once guy took them to small claims and the owner agree to pay in installments and then never paid! In my case it feel this was either at best gross incompetence or at worst bait-and-switch fraud. I’m lucky they only took me for a $320 deposit and partially disassembled roof that I now need to find a honest roofer to fix.

Horrible company! Stay away! They may sell insurance, but they do not sell coverage. As required by their insurance, an inspection visit is required, which is fine. The catch is they make it impossible to complete the inspection! Rare phone calls answered; emails answered but unavailable to arrange for an appointment. When appointment is made? They ask for daily email response to "confirm" the appointment. No confirmation? Appointment dropped. When you finally get to the appointment date? No show! Reschedule? Cancel! Reschedule again? No call back!Zero coverage for the excuse that an inspection was not completed. It's a scam. Stay away.

While dealing with my home warranty, American Home Shield I was continuously told that I didn’t have roof coverage when in actuality I did. Luckily, I randomly got a letter in the mail from AHS with a reference # to call Roof RX & spoke with Gabby who was extremely helpful & found that we did have coverage for our roof. She connected me with Justin, account manager at Roof RX & I had to explain the entire confusing story to him in hopes that someone could help me. I felt very helpless & hopeless considering I spoke with about 20 different people from American Home Shield that couldn’t rectify or comprehend anything! Justin, from Roof RX literally understood my concerns & expressed a genuine care to help me! I honestly was extremely impressed with how fast he resolved this issue considering it started in January 2019 & concluded in August 2019, 8 months later! Justin is definitely an asset to Roof RX & his level of customer service went above & beyond my expectations! I’m so grateful for his help & will refer Roof RX to all of my family & friends.
