Overall, it was a positive experience starting with my initial phone call talking to Lupe. She was excellent in communicating the progress. The roofing crew did a good job and we're happy with the new roof.

The salesman Brian was great…tear down guys great. Wood repair guys awful!!! New roof guys were okay. Owner never around when you have an issue. We did as they took our plastic off it rained two nights no protection on our house. What a mess!!!!! Trying to negotiate a reasonable adjustment was a nightmare. Will not recommend them!

Horrible incompetent roofing company, as sub for Sunrun solar replaced my whole roof, start leaking right in the 1st rain, came back and failed to fix the leaking, poor communication, poor workmanship. Almost two years now, my roof leaking is still not fixed yet.

I highly recommend this company! They were great at providing me a detailed quote with a layout that described the statement of work. We set a date and they arrived within the timeframe mentioned. We had a little set back with the inspection but they were able to address all corrections. They did an excellent job with the installation and my roof looks amazing, couldn’t be any more pleased! I couldn’t be happier with the project that was done. From the first time I called, they were supportive and continued throughout the whole process and answered all my questions. I had an active roof leak couple weeks ago & they were able to access and repair. Kenia was so fantastic and easy to communicate with. They are subcontracted to do roof prep and backfill for solar company. Horrible experience. In general the lack of response and poor communications, telling me they would be there a certain day/time and then not show up, happened various times. They did the prep work and I ended up with a leak. Had them come to fix it, ended up with SIX separate leaks. Poor workmanship. Now won't even respond to inquiries from solar company. Buyer beware!

Horrible customer service! The girls who answer the phones are very rude. I have been trying to contact them to find out when they will be starting on my roof and they always tell me that they will get back to me and no one ever does. It’s going on several weeks now and I still can’t have these people start on my roof. I called another company and immediately received a way cheaper quote and an availability right away. Lupe and her staff are very unprofessional and I do not recommend anyone to do business with these rude people. Imagine the kind of work they do? I didn’t want to take that risk.Please stay away from this company.

Avoid this company! Sierra Roof was hired by SunRun to prepare my roof fo solar and pevent leaks.There were no leaks before they re-roofed, and after the recent storms there are tons of leaks in my roof. They guaranteed the work for 20 years, but 20 days later they are not taking resposibity. I have reached out them multiple times, they are not responsive and have no interest in addressing their poor work.
