Five star service and workmanship starting from making an appointment with owner/estimator Ever, coming to my house to look over the condition of the roof, providing suggestions on types of materials that can be used, and answering any questions or concerns I had on the roof replacement and rotted/deteriorated wooden eaves and fascia boards. Ever's price estimate was within the middle of the road bids but what stood out about his bid was: (1) No repeated hard sales pitch (2) Possible estimate of rotted wood replacements was within acceptable pricing and (3) His employees have worked for him for several years and are not picked up when needed from a day job workers-for-hire site. Office Manager Amy kept me updated on when the work could be scheduled and necessary paperwork that needed to be signed. As it came closer to the day the roofing work was to begin, Foreman Nestor called me to explain what to expect from day one. The roofers started right on time, tearing off the old roof on day one and replacing all rotted wood pieces. They even put a plastic sheet cover over my laundary room/garage so no debris fell on my washing machine/dryer and shelves. City permits and inspection schedules were perfectly synced with the roof work replacement so there was no lag time which I appreciated. Every day the roofers showed up on time, Foreman Nestor or his co-worker Efron were always at the worksite to answer any questions or concerns I had. At the end of each day, the roofers cleaned up all the roofing debris/nails from the ground. No flat tires on any of my vehicles. The new roof was completed by the 3rd day. Near the end of the work day, the roofers accidentally "crimped" my fiber optic cable while reattaching the cable disabling my wifi. The AT&T technician came out the next morning and discovered that once the fiber optic (which is made of glass fibers) is crimped, it breaks the glass fibers. I emailed the bill provided by the AT&T technician and Top Roofing Services paid my repair bill that day. Wow! I'm not subtracting any stars for that kind of service! The City Building Inspector came by the morning of the 4th day and signed off on the new roof. Roofer Efron came by to collect their ladder and I gave him the final inspection sheet from the Building Inspector. End of project. Amy mailed me the roofing warranty and copy of the final roofing inspection. After the rains we had last week, the new roof had no visible leaks. Job well done. I would hire Top Roofing Services again if I ever have any future problems with my roof.

Such a great team at Top Roofing. From our initial phone call for an estimate, to the actual roof being completed, everything was seamless. It began with Amy, the office manager, scheduling an estimate with the owner Jose. He came out, did measurements and provided a multi-page quote that evening. The price was very fair and included the permits and inspections necessary. The on-site project coordinator was Nestor, and he was top notch providing ongoing info as the work was completed. The workers were very professional and tidy. Even our neighbors commented to us how well they cleaned up after every work day. We really appreciated the ongoing communications between Amy, Jose, Ever and Nestor. I would recommend Top Roofing to everyone!Services: Gutter installation, Roof installation

Had them install my roof almost two years ago. Had a leak a few weeks ago. Contacted there office a few times via email and they keep telling me to be patient but it’s been a few weeks and no response. The leak has damaged some rugs And upholstery on a couch and continues to leak each time it rains.

After 30 some years, my house needed a new roof. I reached out to Top Roofing Services and they were great since the beginning. Ever, the owner, came over and took a look at my roof. To my surprise he was able to print and hand me the estimate for my reroof right there and then. Once I signed the proposal, Amy the office manager called me with the next steps to follow. She explained everything perfectly and clarified a few doubts I had.One thing these guys had is that they overcomunicated with me (which is a great thing!). The project took a total of 5 days. Started Monday and was finished by Friday. The crew cleaned up every day they were there and were very polite. No hassle, no inconveniences! My house was ready to go for my family gathering on Saturday!They truly made this process so simple and smooth. Top Roofing Services was recommended by our Allstate Insurance Agent and we are so lucky that we called them. Top Roofing Services are an Excellent service. Our Insurance company required all eaves to be covered with fire resistant Hardi Boards to continue our fire insurance coverage. From the minute I spoke with the office, to speaking with Ever Diaz the Sales Rep of the company, and from the scheduling of the house visit, the proposal of the job, and the huge completion of our home project was excellent and smooth. Hiring Top Roofing Services was a savvy decision. I'm glad I went with them for our roof replacement. It can really be a stressful and scary project, but Jose Diaz and Ever Diaz made our project very easy and transparent. They where very professional from start to finish, answering all of my questions and clearing any doubts I had. They communicated every step of the way and also worked to accommodate all of our needs.
