We used Lockwood Enterprises for disaster relief in our kitchen. The main worker we worked with was John. We can not say enough about his professionalism. He is consciences and is very knowledgeable in his field. John is attentive to client's needs and very particular for things to be done correctly and in a timely matter. Even though we are out of Lockwood's normal service range, they came to help us when our sunken living room was flooded during a heavy range storm through a leaky wall. They've been kind and gracious the whole time, and everyone, especially Steven, were very helpful. They're very professional and well-trained. And my family and I are very grateful for them.

We've had George doing some of the work at our house and we're grateful for his efforts. He's very hard working and meticulous. He has definitely been a bright spot during this project. Karen in the office has also been lovely to work with and patient with my many calls. As other people have mentioned, the work is s-l-o-w and that has been a source of frustration, but the work is GOOD!

I recently experienced surprise water damage that required experts with mold abatement experience and certifications. From the moment I called, the team there took great care of my problem. I was communicated with from the beginning site evaluation to the end, when abatement measures had been put in place and test results came back mold-free. The process was pretty fast in spite of the severity of the damage. Thank you to Karen, Alayna, and Stephen for each employee's role in the process of getting my problem solved.

I want to say Thank you Lockwood Enterprise. I was so stressed with the damage that was done by my water heater inside our home. The expansion tank leaked. The damage was a bedroom, bathroom, hall and closets. From beginning to end the transition went so smooth with each employee coming and doing what needed to be done. The employees were always on time and very pleasant and courteous. One person stands out that was here from the beginning his name is John I don't know his last name, but he made sure I was happy. John worked making sure every detail was right and perfect. Lockwood Enterprises is so lucky to have an employee like John working for their company.

I had a pipe burst and called my insurance company. Lockwood enterprises showed up the same day to assess damage. The next day with a full crew. Not only did they move all my contents out of the house but boxed and marked where the box came from ( what room) and what was in boxes. Then they started to demo. They had over 30 fans and at least 7 dehumidifiers going until moisture level was low enough to remove fans. Everyone I met from Lockwood was professional and I believe cared about my needs. They showed up at appropriate times and and told me what they hoped to accomplish that day. They actually were able to save my lower cabinets that were installed one week before the flood. I would have given them 5 stars but they couldn't get anyone to deliver the container box for my personal items (ie, beds, clothing, pots and pans) for 5 days. So my personal belongings set wrapped on my porch. I would highly recommend them for water damage. I will write another review for them when they are done with the repairs.Jeff HorwitzFrench Gulch.

I'm just assist my elderly mother because she's deaf and I'm down as her primary care provider. In dealing with this company they began to be very aggressive and yet said they couldn't provide estimate prior to removing bricks off our wall. Even though they advertise up front estimates. They installed fans and dehydrator, going for 8 days , 24 hours / day , for 8 day's before even getting someone up on our roof to check why , where it was leaking from. When I voiced my concerns they first started , What I consider strong arm tactics , they asked for their equipment back. Which was only one expansion rod holding up the containment tarp. They asked that we allow them to take their equipment and the tarp, ( which we where charged for i.e. our property) and sign a release of liability for any health and safety concerns. When I refused it only got worse from there I told them they keep to have their property back but I didn't want the containment field brought down and I wasn't gonna sign anything and they quit just to come back and try to push me out of the equation and control my mom to the point where since I was even at the house when they showed up that they literally quit without even telling my mother that's what they were doing and left and she had to find out the next day by calling them. And this is how they left it. In the interest of fairness anybody willing to want to view the conversations I'd be more than willing and you can make your own judgment. I just have to say, business wise, to remove your things and quit, is low at least act professional and be a man, tell them to their face. I couldn't say enough how unprofessional management was. All the workers never had a problem, even joked around. They do not work 24 hours and they do not provide a front estimates at least they didn't with us.

Lockwood Project Manager Stephen Bull handled our water damage problem at our home and did an exemplary job. Finding mold and asbestos did not phase him and he contacted all who needed to be contacted to get the mitigation completed. Then he worked with the insurance company jumping through the hoops we did not even know existed. Thank you Stephen and thank you Lockwood.

I had posted an earlier review that explained the year long problems I'd had with Matt, trying to get a new door ordered and installed by Lockwood. My review was true and less than favorable. My biggest beef was a total lack of communication and follow through, and I stand by that.This company can and should do much better in that area.With that said, I have to admit, my complaint did not fall on deaf ears.I was contacted by Joel, a couple days after posting my review.An appointment was made for today and I'm happy to report my new front door was delivered and installed, beautifully.I don't really know why it suddenly appeared looking like it had been in a warehouse or shop for quite some time, and honestly, I don't care. I'm just super happy to have it.Allen showed up, took measurements, I explained what my door looked like, and within the hour he returned with the doorI ordered and was busy with the Install.Allen did an outstanding job and I couldn't be happier. He even swept and cleaned the porch which I would have gladly done.Thank you Joel and Allen for making this happen.

We had roof damage that resulted in a leak in our attic and bathroom walls. We're extremely satisfied with how knowledgeable and trustworthy the Lockwood Enterprises team of professionals are! We are currently in the middle of the process. But we've heard great things about them from third parties as well. Will give an update when the process of repair is complete. So far we are very happy with their service!

Immediately after being assigned Lockwood Enterprises by our insurance company to do our cleanup and start work on our very extensive water damage to our garage attic, ceiling and garage in general, Lockwood Enterprises came to set up large fans. Then the clean-up began followed by removal of sheet rock, dry rot, mold, followed later by sheet rock replacement, new construction, and painting. I was immediately impressed by the amount of time they took to carefully cover everything up in the beginning with sheeting from ceiling to floor. Everything was fully protected.I was informed from the start that this would be a 3-month project for Lockwood to orchestrate and it was done right on schedule. There were many different craftsmen involved, different crews each week, all doing an outstanding job and cleanup before leaving. I was truly amazed. I was either phoned or texted frequently as to when the men would be arriving at the job. I felt from the start that I was in good hands and I learned about inspections, consulting, mold, water damage and above all - patience. My garage has never been as beautiful as it is now.Lastly, I would like to mention that I had not heard of this company before and I did not question my insurance company, AAA, as I have been with them for over 50 years. I had insurance related water damage to my home. I don't know how I would have maneuvered through this process without the help of Matt. I have not had a home owners claim ever in the past and didn't know what to expect. Matt helped guide me through what would be happening throughout the rebuild and the timing and stages it would take, including drying, mold remediation, repairs, tub/shower install, drywall, painting, flooring, baseboards, etc.My insurance was unacceptably slow, and Matt helped guide me through what to do and what I should expect from them. He stayed in communication with me on a frequent basis to keep me informed where things stood.The work that was done is fantastic! I was notified all along what was coming next and approximate timelines of each step. These guys were awesome. Matt made the process of working with my insurance company easy. Sharon and the gals came in and packed out and in everything and put everything back where it belonged. They maintained a very clean work area and completed the project as quickly as a mold mitigation project could be done. Lockwood took advantage of the fact I was a single woman and knew nothing about contracts. I gave him $168,000without a contract. He didn’t tell me it should be in a trust account. And has yet to supply invoices. I am told he spent all monies on my home. It was not touch fromFeb. till end of may. He started the work but left it without shingles and roof is warped. He finally finished the siding . He even went as far as suggested I fraud the insurance company and start a claim on the garage so he could finish the job. We are going to court .I have posted a video on YouTube. Lockwood contractor should be locked up. Update;He returned and finished a little more work. I complained about the quality and asked fore material receipts. He has quit again. He wanted me to sign termination agreement saying it was mutual. He had $6,000 left and asked me to sign saying we were even and I could not ever take him to court. special!Service: Remodeling

Matt worked with my insurance. After 2 months of back and forth, he told my insurance company I chose not to work with them. That was a blatant lie and it was not communicated at all to me that I would need to find another vendor.Not to mention I had to call 3 times to get him on the phone. Would definitely not recommend.Response to Owner: They approved it for your competitor. Only took a week.

An estimator came to review the work to be done. Did not hear from him and my insurance called to see how things were going. Called he said it was in the pile and asked if he should call telling them he was working on it. I said only if you're working on it. Another two weeks and no contact. I canceled the job. Had he said I won't be able to get the estimate in for 3 or 4 weeks I would have been fine. Communication. Essential.

Joel was one of the few area contractors with the courtesy to return our initial call and come out for an estimate. He was up front about the potential for additional repairs and cost once demolition of the damaged area began. He kept us informed of progress, problems and solutions. He understood our concern about fixing our problem area to prevent future water damage, and came up with design and construction alternatives that improve on the original. We are very pleased with the final results by Lockwood Enterprises.
