Its Friday. Water is spewing out of our water main. We phone numerous plumbers, but no one is able to come out. This means spewing water 24/7 for 3-4 more days. We phone Royal Plumbing who is fully booked, however Tom squeezes us into his schedule. Ben arrives, determines parts needed, leaves to obtain industrial parts, repairs our spewing leak, waits 30 minutes until glue dries completely, turns on water main again, and ensures no leaks occurring. Tom and Ben both made us feel as if our emergency mattered to them. We very much appreciate their kindness, work ethic, and outstanding customer service. They surpass any expectations we have of service companies and are so very grateful to them. It was a pleasure meeting them and definitely our good fortune to find them. We cannot give Royal Plumbing enough thanks or enough stars. These folks are kind, knowledgeable, reliable, and really do want to help you… so rare these days. Highly recommend!

Ben was professional and friendly when he came to repair my toilet. He explained what the problem was and fixed it. He also took care with my new tile floor and made sure everything was clean and tidy before he left.. Thank you Ben and Royal Plumbing for your prompt service.

Prompt, professional & works clean!I was having an issue with a slow shower & sink. Called my property manager to report & received a phone call from Royal Plumbing to set up an appointment. They were able to work with my schedule & send someone out the next day. The individual that arrived was very polite and respectful. I especially appreciate that he kept the area clean in addition to resolving the problem.Excellent & professional - highly recommend

Great service, the tech had a trainee with him they quickly figured out the problem and got it fixed. Also I was blown away at how quickly they were able to respond same day service was awesome as well as calling to early access. Billing options were on point able to pay then, or online later just a great experience all around. They even mopped up when complete.

I had many things that needed to be taken care of. He came in, understood what needed to be done, then swiftly and systematically fixed everything! I am so pleased to have an unclogged kitchen pipe, running water in my bathroom sink, and a working shower with faucets that are actually functional!

From the call to the office (Tom I think is who I talked to) 🤞until when Josh showed up to save the day! The staff that helped me was AMAZING and they both NEED A RAISE! Josh had me feeling like it was no big deal within minutes of him arriving to the house and was done within a few minutes with the making the call only cost me the initial service fee and with Christmas being A few days before you can only imagine how happy I was that I didn’t have to pay thousands of dollars for the issue that I was having. Thank you both for the amazing customer service you provided as long as you two boys are employed there I will always call you first!

Issue resolved promptly! Thank you!A week later........Ben G. returned and installed flush valves for the tankless water heater. Voluntarily explaining his work as well as the process for flushing the system. Later in the day Ben gave a courtesy call to see how flushing the system went, which was good. I am a happy/future customer. Good work!

This is my first time with Royal Plumbing, they are very friendly and a pleasure to do business with. Tom the dispatcher is right on top of things and their installer Ben is very knowledge able and friendly and did a great job. Their prices are not inexpensive but fair and worth every bit. Walker was great to work with. Showed up within an hour of me calling to book an appointment. I didn't even have to wait a day or two for him to come out. He completed three jobs for me in a matter of an hour and a half at my home, was kind, respectful and efficient. Royal Plumbing to the rescue! Royal expedited my repair with two highly professional, courteous and knowledgeable plumbers within a few hours of me requesting thier services. My problem was solved within minutes of them arriving, however, they didnt stop there, Royals technicians went the extra mile and they insured all common issues were checked. As being in the process of having to have things done, Royal numbing is nothing shirt if excellence.Being able to come out, professionally inspect and then give honest opinions and options and explaining those options is refreshing.Don't want to say we look forward to having them come over,Because that means a plumbing problem, 😁But I know if we do have a pumpkin problem, they will be the 1st to call because it'll be honest and straightforward.
