Tugwell was amazing from day 1, we had them come out to do a quote for us while we were in escrow on our new home. They came out and looked at the roof then sent me over a couple different quotes with different price points and options. After we signed the contract, they squeezed us in their busy schedule and it only took them 3 days to complete the roof! Absolutely a great experience. They were booked out but that is because they do such a good job. I am in love with our new roof and gutters. They did such a good job. They completed it in four days. I asked one of the workers if they could make sure that my driveway was extra combed over to make sure no nails for my tires and the gentleman came back later at the end of his shift and did it in the dark and made sure that all the nails were out of my yard. He combed over my parking area for over 35 minutes in the dark with the magnet. I've already recommended them to my co-workers. This was worth every penny I spent on my new roof.

Tugwell replaced my roof this week. David handled my project to get it scheduled and get the details ironed out. He dropped samples by the house for me to choose my color. They use a quality product with many colors to choose from. He was professional, prompt, and responsive. Cody was the project manager during the installation. He was informative, pointing out what needed to be replaced and gave me updates on the timeline for completion. All the workers were polite and worked efficiently, only taking one day to remove the old roof and make repairs and then a 2nd day to install the new roof. They left my property just as they found it, not a scrap of debris to be found. Best of all, the roof looks great! The seams are perfect and the roof caps are even and cover the paintline. Great customer service! Had roof installed by Tugwell several years ago. A small section of flashing came loose. Within days they sent Fernando out to fix the problem, replacing nails with screws. Not only did he fix the problem, he also went around and put screws in all the flashings on the roof. It did take some time to finally have all the work scheduled since they are so busy right now. Once it was scheduled everything ran smoothly. After 20 years of service and several large hailstorms our roof was in need of replacement.We went through the bid and re-bid process with three different local roofing companies. Ultimately we selected Tugwell Roofing and we are glad we did. Tugwell presented the best combination of pricing and quality products. However, it was the service we received that ultimately brought our business to Tugwell.David Covington was our salesman, estimator and project manager. He took the time to explain the variations in products, styles, energy efficiency and installation techniques. Some of my questions were answered via email or text message well after business hours. Mr. Covington and Tugwell worked with us on pricing and changes to the scope of the work. As we went along we added, gutter screens, ridge venting and replaced skylights.This was a large project consisting of a main house and two other buildings. Tugwell's crew had the entire project completed in just three days. Excellent experience with Tugwell Roofing. We had insulation blown in our attic recently. The team at Tugwell Roofing brought everything to R60 value insulation. That night it was a cold night. I didn't have to get up in the middle of the night to add firewood to the fire because of all of that insulation. I can't wait for the summer to see how much better our AC system works and how much less our PG&E bill is.The customer service experience with Tugwell Roofing was top notch. Their follow up is second to none. The bidder showed up on time, we received our bid within 48 hours, and were on the schedule by the next week. The whole job only took 2-3 hours. The crew cleaned up and did an excellent job, very respectful of our home. I already referred a few other people for roofs and insulation service.

Tugwell Roofing was a choice that I am very glad I made for the replacement of my roof. Excellent work, everyone friendly, professional and friendly. They gave me an estimate for repair work because of water damage that was discovered after the old roof was taken off, and they worked hard and brought the cost significantly under the estimate. After the roof was done I managed to damage several shingles putting on some rain gutter guards, and they replaced them for me at no cost when they inspected my roof a few days later. Sometimes you get what you pay for, and I am glad I went with Tugwell, they had been recommended to me.
